One would hope. Unfortunately the lifestyle has become so adulterated (pun intended) by just about anyone who thinks it's a free, easy way to get NSA sex that you now have a virtual cornucopia of people who don't really "get it". And a certain percentage of men may have just read that and only saw (or acknowledged), "...all women want to be raped." When we already have a very pervasive bias in our culture towards patriarchy and women being subservient to men, especially sexually, then discussions like this, IMHO, cause more harm than good. It doesn't take much looking on the internet to find sites and discussion boards where violence against women is not only overtly depicted through text and image but also actively discussed and even encouraged. Fantasize all you want but openly discussing how to fulfill rape fantasies in a swingers forum can only cause harm I think.
Lake Powell Trip June 11-14 (Last Topic got deleted somehow) - - OK,, not sure where the Announcement went but lets do this again....
Every year, we put on a Lake Powell trip. In previous years, it has been a mixed crowd,, swingers and vanillas. This year we are going to change it up and add a trip in June that is Lifestylers only. Dates for this are June 11-14. We are still doing the August trip as well, but it will be a bit tamer than the June trip.
Houseboats will be availible for those that want to go. The cost last year for the houseboats worked out to be around $800 for the 4 days per couple. This included fuel. With decreased fuel prices this year, it should be a bit less. If we get enough people to warrant it, and if I can talk the pig supplier to provide pigs twice in one year (Yes, Buttabing, this is directed towards you) we will do a luau pig on Saturday night.
Last year, some people tent camped as well so staying on a houseboat is not a requirement. As a courtesy though to those that are renting the houseboats, if you do use the amenities of the houseboat such as bathrooms, showers, cooking and kitchen stuff, etc... you donate to whoever rented the boat.
Having a boat is not a requirement. Those that do have them don't seem to have a problem "adopting" those that don't.
A bunch of peeps from this site went last year and from what we hear, everyone had a good time.
I will need commitments from those that want to go no later than March 29th so I can ensure that I tie up enough houseboats for those that want them.
San Diego Visit? - Any swing clubs people can recommend in San Diego? - IT has been a while since i posted on here or was active on the site but I am heading to San Diego for a week or so and checking to see if anyone knows of a good place to go to for swinging activities in San Diego area? I think your doing what they people who classify single males in one group are doing. And broad group everyone. What you covered goes over so many different types of swingers. Full disclosure I don't like doing those because of fear of STDs, but the reason I say that is the market for guys is so over supplied, so if me or my wife want a single guy to play with we typically look for that else where. I don't do hook ups with guys neither does she we want relationship with guys or girls then if it comes sex. That's kind of all over the place sorry I write it on my phone. But if single guys wouldn't go against profile requests on this site I think they would have better reputation.
