I forgot my Username. How can I find out what it is?
You can have your Username sent to the email address that we have on file by filling out the 'Lost Username/Password' request form. If you do not have access to that email anymore, please contact us directly

You can reset your password by using our 'Lost Username/Password' request form. You will receive an email to your email address on file with instructions on resetting your password. If you do not have access to that email anymore, please contact us directly
Creating a New Account
Why won't it accept my zipcode?
There are over 40,000 zipcodes in the US and they are constantly changing. If your zipcode is not recognized, please contact us directly
and we'll be glad to add it to our database. Until we update our database with the new information, you can just use a zipcode nearby. You'll be able to change it later.
What do I enter for 'Promotion Code?'
This field is optional. If you have a 'Promotion Code,' enter it here. Otherwise, leave this field blank.
How much does it cost to join?
When you first join, you'll receive a free 2 week Silver Membership. You will be able to use most features of the site with this membership. After you're trial expires, you will become a Bronze Member with limited access, however, you will still be able to use the site. You will be able to upgrade your membership at anytime. We offer 2 membership levels you can upgrade to. Our Gold Membership gives you complete access and is based on monthly to yearly payments plans (subscriptions). Our Platinum Membership is our best membership. You get all the benefits of the Gold Membership but you only pay a one time fee and become a member for life. Membership prices vary.
What is an authorization email?
When you join with Swingular, you must enter a valid email address. At the end of the sign up process, an authorization email is sent to that email address. You must activate your account using the authorization code within the email. This verifies that the email address you provided is valid and that you are most likely a real person. This helps us eliminate spammers, casual browsers and fake profiles from entering the site.
What if I never received my authorization code?
One reason may be that you misspelled your email address during the sign up process. To have your authorization code resent, log in to Swingular using the Username and password you chose at sign up. You'll then be taken to an authorization form. From there, you can have your code resent or you can enter a new email address to have it sent to.
Another common reason is that your mailbox is full. Some email providers such as Yahoo and Hotmail impose limits on mailbox sizes. Once your mailbox reaches it's limit, any new mail you receive is automatically rejected. Check your mailbox to make sure it is not full. If it is, clean out your mailbox and have your authorization email resent by following the above instructions.
Finally, the biggest reason is that some providers have SPAM tools in place that filter out any mail they think could be SPAM. Unfortunately, some legitimate email gets removed or rejected during this process. If you are sure that the two above reasons have nothing to do with not receiving your email, then this is the most likely reason. Try signing up with another free email provider such as Google's Gmail, then follow the instructions above to change your email address.
How do I enter my authorization code?
When you receive your authorization email, look for the authorization link. Click the link or cut and paste it into the address bar of your browser and click 'Go.' You will automatically be authorized and will be able to enter the site.
You can also enter the authorization code by logging into the site.
What if I entered the wrong email address?
You can change your email address by logging into Swingular using the Username and password you chose at sign up. You'll then be taken to the authorization form where you can enter a new email address. A new authorization email will be sent to you.
