OMG, you read my mind! Yes, sadly there are flakes in every walk of life and the fun part is trying to decide who is and isn't a flake. Unfortunately, once swinging went digital, the cost to play went WAY down. I'm not talking about the monthly fee you pay to Swingular. I'm talking about the ease with which someone can hide behind their 'puter and pretend to be something they are not.
Back in the day (grab your Rolodexes kiddies), to meet other swingers you usually had to buy a swinger magazine with ads in it, rent a P.O. box, take some naughty Polaroids and send off a bunch of snail mail. We have discovered that there is a better chance on a lifestyle cruise or a resort such as Hedo and Desire. Pre-covid, Vegas has a lot of hotel take over events where it happened a lot. But there are also some hotels and casinos here that are magnets for swingers. We love going to upscale casino bars and letting my dressed up wife go into alone while I stay close by. It never fails that a man will eventually approach her as she sips her martini at the bar.
Friend collectors or swingers - - We have a great core group of friends in the SLC area that we love to spend time with when we visit the area. In addition, we have a few more on our friends list that we would eventually like to meet. Seriously there used to be a couple of theaters in downtown Salt Lake City. If I remember it correctly the way the law was written it was the projectionist was who got arrested if the porn crossed the established lines of decency written in the law. Misdemeanor charges. The projectionist would occasionally be arrested bailed out and a fine would be paid. They had a few projectionist that had records that were willing to do the job because they were paid wages that were like 5 times what a projectionist normally gets paid. In the end the investigators were able to discover that the owners of the theaters were using the income from the theaters to subsidize totally legitimate businesses they also owned which resulted in racketeering charges which are a felony and directed at the owners. That was the end of pornographic theaters in Salt Lake City. The internet probably would have put them all out of business anyway.
It seems that I remember that there was also was a well known and very successful modeling and acting booking agency that also sometimes pimped out really stunningly attractive women and some men too to wealthy business people visiting Salt Lake City. This agency had a big legitimate book of business and just sort of disappeared over night due to racketeering charges involving money for sex being deposited into bank accounts of the agency.
So maybe any money earned by anyone, event and party organizers included that can be tied to the lifestyle should be kept separate from any other business they might own just in case the ultra conservative side of our city ever decides to find some leverage to try and shut down swingers events.
Anyone that has been an adult for over three decades living here can see that the culture that apposes the near theocracy that existed here for so long is much larger and has more influence and control than was the case not so long ago. Salt Lake is home to some of the most conservative minded and liberal minded people in the west when in comes to the subject of sex.

Here is my best attempt at honest feedback.
1 - I’m not sure how thick the swingular population is in KS. You probably lose the majority of your bites right there. Nothing you can do about that one.
2 - Main profile pic has sunglasses and a hat. I can’t see the rest of your pics, but somewhere in there you should let people see you.
3 - Main profile pic is in a camper? This doesn’t scream “hey couple out there, I’m clean, we’ll groomed, fun to talk to and good in bed”. It seems more like it would be at home on CL with the title “40 something white male needs hunting buddy”
4 - Your profile text is light, and refers mostly to “dude” things; drinking, cigars, wild times. As with point 3, if your looking to get a hunting buddy good things to list. I don’t think I know a single woman that would consider cigars foreplay.
5 - Attracting the fairer sex always requires effort. Just because this is a “swingers” site doesn’t mean all of the otherwise applicable rules of attraction are not still in effect. In fact some may say this is a “couples dating” site. You still have to stand out. Get a nice shirt and a haircut and snap a pic of that beautiful smile of yours.
