So far our swinging experience has been with 4 people, one long term friend who before and after we continued to meet for drinking, meals, bowling, cinema, fire\'s in the desert and just hanging out (no sex). The next we meet a couple of times for drinks and dinner before getting sexual and haven\'t had chance to re-meet yet. Following that it was definatly a one time only (not our intention, but we were lied too) and the verdict is still out on the 4th. Of course we we like #2 & #4 to become friends to hangout with benifits when they happen, but we\'ll have to wait and see.

Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - We single men are viewed as simply looking to get laid rather than to enhance our experience with a spouse or partner. Further, often single men get possessive or overbearing attempting to get sex from someone's partner without both people knowing about. This leads to hostility and rejection.
In most cases, this author believes we single men get this reputation because it is deserved. I don't think it is hate that is the problem. It is simply people not wanting to risk the the above mentioned outcomes.
In Utah there seems to be lots of young single guys on the site. My question is, "why can't they find someone in town to be with?" This site is NOT about single men getting laid. It is really for excitement between partners. If all a guy wants is to get laid, he should go to the local bar. Otherwise on here, he is fooling himself. This is not a market for single men at all. Do you mix your vanilla and lifestyle friends? - - We tell anyone who is a late night friend, ie: serious friend, vanilla or not that we have an alternative lifestyle. It has made things so much easier. Our vanilla friends are closer. We make it very clear that we don't have any interest in sex with them for concerns about ruining what is a already a good relationship. I am not talking, work vanillas, they don't need to know. I am talking about people with whom we go dancing or bar hopping. Why lie about who you really are? The whole reason for jumping the hurdle that is the "lifestyle" is to be free with who you really are. Then you are supposed to hide it with people who are supposed to really care about you? Nope.
Because of this, it is really cute when we throw a party or get together. The vanillas spend the whole time excitedly trying to guess who the swingers are.
