If respectful, single men are allowed I would love to attend a house party like you described. I used to belong to a group here in UT that would throw monthly parties at a local hotel that were run a like the house parties you are describing. There would be a large meeting room for everyone to meet and mingle with games and some light munchies. then there was always someone that would host the after party orgy in their room. Good Times were had by everyone who attended.

We can share stories about how your other "news" friends chose to partake, but not publicize. Your story portrayed a woman forced into the lifestyle. Anyone forced should get out immediately. That is just wrong. The woman "shown" was not a willing participant and was being abused. It's sad that this was not the focus. Abuse in any form is wrong. She could have just as easily been sold on craigslist to spice it up. This was a very poor excuse for journalism. Good luck with your next "story."

Too Young? - Are we just too young... - I personally don't think you're too young. However, you have to ask yourselves this. Are there couples here that you would consider too old? I have a son your age. I am 39 this year. Sexually speaking, I don't think any age above 18 is off-limits. However, not everyone is in the lifestyle just for sex alone. Many want friends etc. Age [u]usually[/u] dictates one's maturity level. Not always. Most older swingers will shy away or be leery of young swingers because, 1) Swinger parties have alcohol. 2) Maturity or lack thereof. 3) Insecurity about their aging faces/bodies compared to yours. Let's face it, everyone has something that they're turned on or off by. You just have to roll with it. I personally think you two deserve a fair shake. ;) Don't let others' choices get your down. Isn't It All About Marketing? - Interesting what people post in profiles and pictures - I find all aspects of the lifestyle interesting. One of the most interesting is what swingers post on these types of sites - who they are, what they are looking for, and their public and private pictures.
Isn't it all about market ourselves? I will not make any judgmental remarks here, because we should not be judgmental in the lifestyle; however, sometimes I wonder what they are trying to communicate.
Because I am a professional website designer I probably look at things differently, also because I am a voyeur I like to see good quality images - ones that show me something about what can be expected in sexual play.
I also wonder if I am reading/seeing more in things that are posted than are really intended - i.e., personality, intelligence, playfulness, etc.
