Let me know what you think???[/quote] The only problem is that in swinging no matter how much you vet a person or couple there is always, unfortunately, the potential for drama...or worse. When you mix potent emotions with often late hours and a little alcohol, even a normally cool, rational, fun person can turn into swingerzilla. I like the concept of your idea but putting it into practice would be, imho, hit and miss at best. We knew a couple a number of years ago that were REALLY cool, fun people...very mellow. One night before a party they got into an argument over some silly thing and carried that negative energy with them to the party. The alcohol started flowing and the guy had a couple of drinks too many and flipped out (these were seasoned swingers btw, not noobs) when his wife started kissing and groping another guy at the party.

How did you meet your mate? - - Met on the old matchmaker.com when they still had a swingers section. We were both married to other people...the swinging part did not work out for various reasons, but we decided to be friends anyway...we stayed that way for a couple of years. Just friends. Not much later we began to get to know one another much better. We fell in love despite our best intentions to remain true to our mates. We didnt cheat. We didnt lie, or sneak around on them. We just told them the truth. After a short time, we realized that the only real issue in our lives was that we were not together each day. We were making our ex's miserable, so it was time to change our lives to be together. On July 18, 2001 we moved in together. Together we are stronger than apart. Together we have moved mountains and parted seas. We have been through hell and back for each other, and I know that if I were to go again, she would be there with me all over again. Our ex's have both moved on, and even dated for a short time. They are both remarried (to different people), and very very happy. We are great friends with both of them, and see them frequently as we have children with them. Once a week we all have dinner together, drink a few beers, and talk about our kids. How Do you Find Out - Question about Friends - For the most part, DON'T ASK... There are WAY more NON-SWINGERS in the country than swingers, so your chances of your friends being swingers is slim. There are a few things that will point to swinging. Check her closet. If there is allot of club wear the chances are better. Ask about their vacations. If they mention a place like HEDO they are pretty much swingers.. If there is a couple you would like to play with you can create a fun night and when things feel right, ask if they have ever thought about swinging... How did you meet your mate? - - Chrissy and I first "met" in a Yahoo chatroom that we were both members of. We were both with others at the time, but, that soon changed. We first actually met at a Meet & Greet in Scranton, PA in August 2004. She had her boyfriend, and I was there with someone, but, I was instantly attracted to her. I then hosted a Meet & Greet in Bensalem (Philadelphia), PA in October 2004. We had about 50 people attend, and Chrissy was there alone, and so was I. We went to a diner for breakfast after the M&G, and got chatty. After the party, we contacted one another daily thru IM, and that Thursday, we agreed to a date. I drove from Newark, NJ to Philadelphia to take her to a local bar, where there was Karaoke. She is an awesome singer! We stayed at the bar until closing, shared some intimate moments, and I took her home. I drove 70 miles back home, arriving at 4 a.m. I slept one hour, and went to work. After work that Friday, I again drove down to her in Philly, and brought her back to Easton, PA, where I lived, and we attended a M&G in Allentown that Saturday. We let the group know we were a couple, and the rest is history. We have been together since, and Chrissy moved in with me in January 2005. We now reside in Northeast Philadelphia since February, and marriage is on the horizon! We are no longer active in that chatroom, but, we still go to M&G's, although now they are thru sites like this! We are very happy together, and we love the swinging lifestyle. We were both swingers prior to getting together, and now, it is the most awesome enhancement to our already stimulating sex life!
