Prices for non swing cruise opportunities are so much less expensive because there are so many available. Swing cruise means no noise complaints because because of orgasms, nudity accepted in more locations, and a ship full of sex friendly, sex enthusiastic people, plus all the other amenities and destinations available on a typical cruise headed for the same ports. You are paying a price for exclusivity. Excluding the non swinging public, through price, is one way you guarantee a swing friendly cruise. Five million would build a really small, but intimate swing resort. In this market it could probably buy more than it could build, because property is available for less than the cost of construction. If done well, as a swingers only facility I would imagine you could ask two or three times a normal occupancy rate and get it.
