ogden meet and great - - It seems having it in a "closed off" area just invites scrutiny. Look at habits, its not private but they had meet and greets there for years. You can have one at any bar, just a group of friends out for the evening and then if you do run into someone and they say "there are swingers here..." you just go really? where? lol
Thought on "E" - - We firmly believe that everyone should have the right to choose. People should be able to do whatever they want with their own lives. It's funny because people do look down on swinging or swingers yet we all meet here, exercising our right to choose our own lifestyle. Why should it be different with anything else ???? Swinging irresponsibly is very dangerous and can lead to stds that can ultimately end in death. Its quite possible that something may occur even if you thought you were playing it safe. Same with drugs ,they can be risky as well, and there isn't anyway to safeproof yourselves 100%. I think that everyone should just go on living their lives the way they see fit and not judge anyone else for the way they choose to live theirs.

Y'know i can actually think of a reason. Even if most single guys on a swinger site just want to get leid, there are guys who are just as picky about who it's with as most women are. And even if most men are supposedly all about her looks, there are some who are more about attitude and worldview and stuff than they are about looks. And swingers generally have an attitude somehting like "I'm going to do what I think I ought to be doing, not what everyone thinks I'm supposed to do." Which is a VERY attractive attitude to some people, and some guys would much rather be around people with that attitude than around "normal" people. ` Terry
Playboy TV's new show SWING.... - So who all caught the first episode? - We had a ton of fun doing the show and it was very unscripted. They would of course plan the games etc, but what happened, happened. Nothing was forced as far as interaction. What you DONT see on the show is the hours of sitting around and answering the newbies questions and making them understand the mindset and how we live life. In fact, they actually did a good job at minimizing the drama and making a very comfortable situation for all.
The funniest part of the show was actually the crew...they came in with a lot of pre-conceived notions about swingers and by the end of taping we had made some great friends and their minds had changed dramatically about the lifestyle and the people in it. In fact we kept joking about interviewing them and getting their feedback.
Kudos to PBOYTV for showing our lifestyle in a very positive light.!
First time stories, wanna share? - - Our first experience wasn't so great. There was mis-communcation, and it was fairly awkward. Actually, when my wife and I left the hotel in the morning, we decided swinging wasn't for us.
A few days later we decided not to let one experience be the final judgment. We joined Swingular and started talking to a couple that contacted us. My wife and I were a bit worried by their much higher experience level, but than we decided maybe that would be better.
We were right. They were nice and respectful and did a great job of making us feel comfortable, and we ended up having a really fun night with them. I think being with experienced swingers allowed us to just be ourselves and only have to concentrate on our own boundaries. If we had been with another newer couple, we'd all have to worry about going to far. We had a good enough night that we have kept in contact with them and continued to slowly check out the lifestyle.
We're still Soft Swap, and full swing couples have been really gracious to us, letting us join them and get a better idea of the lifestyle, and letting us get our feet wet, before diving in to the deep end. :)
We've had no bad experiences, but some could have been better if we had communicated on our end better. We're still learning how to do that.
Overall, these early experiences have been a lot of fun, and we're finding that easing into the lifestyle isn't as rocky as we feared. It's been a fun journey so far.
