That Moment - - All of the time....I try to not look like myself in public....I make sure I look like a slob(well not a slob but more clothes lol). I hate going to the store in general as rather they are a swinger or not....I will and most the time do have some odd weirdo have to take time to tell me their mind! lol We have ran into couples and have said hi depending on the whole situation. If kids are around we will just wave and smile at them. Swingers are EVERYWHERE so BEWARE!

wanting to play - 3 some or more? - It's your zip code. Everyone knows there are no swingers in Rigby. The hotbed of swinging in Southeast Idaho is Rexburg and St. Anthony...and possibly the greater Malad/Preston metro area. If it were me I'd put a personals ad in the BYU-Idaho student paper or the jobs board in the student resources center. Something along the lines of "Hot sexy couple seeks young nasty co-ed as live in love slave and sex toy. References required. Please sext a naked pic and a list of your fav postions and kinks to TATTOOCOUPLE11."

Swingers now officially a high risk group for STDs and STIs - Do your own research - So I did a quick research on this subject. I found what most everyone found, 2010ish articles about 50+ year old swingers being at higher risk. I don't think anyone here has mentioned the reason why is that age group is less likely to use protection. Now I'm not a great believer that condoms will prevent everything. Hell, by the time you have touched one another's naughty bits, kissed or had any contact you have exposed yourself to a mountain of risk. That being said, condoms are a pretty easy to use method of decreasing one's risk. As for swinging being an "official" risk group...says who? I went to the Center For Disease Control's website http://www.cdc.gov/ and looked up various search terms such as "swinging," "swinger," and "swinger party." All I found was one article that references men who do not identify themselves as gay who have met gay men at swinger parties. My thinking here is if this is such a growing and "official" problem wouldn't the CDC have a bit more to say about it? I admit I didn't spend a ton of time on this so if anyone has nothing better to do by all means please do so. Yeah swinging may be risky but I'm pretty sure more people are injured each year from scuba diving and riding motorcycles. My wife and I are sexual and social people. For us the lifestyle is a great fit and we mitigate the risk by being selective and safe. Our tests have all been clear and by avoiding IV drug users and other risk groups we cut down the chance of getting a nasty bug. This year was my first as a severe special education teacher and I was thrown through a window by one of my students so I have to say my employment situation is a hell of a lot riskier than being in the lifestyle. I'm not quitting teaching because I love my kids, and I'm not giving up the life style because I love...well, you know!

Same Sex Marriage - If you support - Simply put... Who are WE (as swingers) to talk about the definition of marriage? Who are WE to judge the "Tradition" of marriage or the "Traditional" definition of marriage? And what does gay marriage have to do with us as swingers? Since we, as swingers, demand the freedom to do with our relationships - and our marriages - as we will, shouldn't everyone be allowed equal freedom? Regardless of their sexual orientation? Marriage should be open to all. Period. A swinger talking about and trying to defend the "traditional" marriage is simply laughable, hypocritical bullshit to me. -Mr. K_T

Swingers Dares - Text for cards in the game - Hehehe...thanks! And yes, I think "All of the Above" should be a choice - might need more than 2 minutes...got an egg timer? Another good one: Dare: A good man/woman is hard to find and even harder to hold on to. Be creative...how many bits of how many good men/women can you hold onto at once?

Birds of a Feather - Finding couples that share similar interests -

AFTERWORK,

I guess that was the point. What does religion have to do with swinging? Are you not seeing how many of the flock or "birds of a feather" have strayed from the traditional path of christianity? A path that the christian bible forbids. It's perfectly understandable that your post would cause such a conversation to occur. Don't get me wrong. I am in no way judging you. I am just saying that I can see how some would question your loyalty or dedication to a religion that strictly forbids adultry. I could give a fuck, because that is up to the individual and their deity or dogma. I don't think it is for anyone to judge, just as you should be comfortable with no one taking your dedication to the faith seriously. The bottom line really is, do you care what others think? If not, why try and find commonality in "back sliders" amongst swingers? Do you need the comfort of others that are taking the same journey away or astray? I think those are the questions that peak when these types of threads are born. Again, I really could care less about the level of your faith. As I am in no way a religious person. I would like to thank you for giving us something worthy of discussing though. Yes, it has been brought up before, but then again, so have the oral exams via the vagina picture threads. LOL! So again thanks for the spur. It was starting to get bland again.

What really defines a TRUE swinger? - - ""Most single males don't know the meaning of "NO" and are just like stray dogs in heat that just keep coming back no matter how many times you hit them with a newspaper. Bad dog. Go away!!!"" Wow......most of the men I have had to 'swat' away with the newspaper are the married swingers whose wives get all the cock they want...but they are left with nothing. I consider myself a happy swinger...I enjoy sex but also known my limitations and respect others no matter what. Guess a happy swinging Adult..???

New Swingers Club in Utah - Gauging interest in new club - would love a place to go to where everybody knows my name 1. Would you attend a swingers club in Salt Lake? oh heck yeah! 2. If so, how often would you attend? bi-weekly, possibly weekly 3. What types of things would you like to see at the club? I.e., play rooms, dance floor, activities, etc. main=dance floor, pool tables, decent bar food, good mixed drink, regular bar atmosphere open to SF SM couples back room (champagne room) = strippers, private dancers open to SF SM couples private room (VIP lounge)= for play, participate or not open to SF couples 4. What types of things have you seen at other clubs that you liked/disliked? it has to look classy and be clean 5. What do you feel would be a fair entrance fee? membership fee for SF couples single males.. are not allowed membership, entrance granted or denied at time of arrival at the door non member, a standard cover charge that is comparable to other similar venues addtl fees to upgrade to the "champagne room" (where the strippers, private dancers are) slighty higher addtl fee to upgrade to the VIP lounge (playroom)

Weeding through the real/ fakes - I wish there was a "validation " on profiles.. - PolyCouple, I think you're pointing to a cultural gap that we've also been frustrated with for years. We fall more into the independently open category, which puts us closer to the poly-lite and kink communities than the swinger community. We've found that a lot of swingers have the men negotiate the process and that's a huge turn off for us so we end up considering it a red flag in terms of what we're looking for. No judgement, it just clearly wouldn't work with our dynamic. We're free to talk to and do whatever we want with whomever we want. And we do. It's just different. But, in general, only hearing from the man does also make it hard to figure out if you're talking to a real couple or if there's true enthusiastic consent involved on all sides. Especially with so much catfishing going on over on other apps. Maybe the site could have badges or tags that filter searches.
