Friend collectors or swingers - - Right now we are standing down. Sometime next year, we will be on the prowl. When we first started swinging, we would meet a couple, or sometimes a single someplace public. If we found that we shared some commonality, attraction, chemistry and trust, we sometimes moved the encounter someplace private. Yes, we did a fair amount of first date fucking! 99% of the time that went well. We found that the people we met that lived fairly close, and shared somewhat similar schedules became the people we ended up seeing with some frequency. These relationship sort gravitated into something somewhat exclusive. We pretty much only occasionally went to meet and greets or an event. We sort of got out of the habit of meeting new people and hooking up. Some of these special friends ended up moving out of state and some ended up moving to distant parts of Utah. A few people still live somewhat nearby. While all of this was happening, several of our kids got married, became parents, and our social lives became mostly time spent with family. We aren’t complaining. Swinging just sort of moved to a back burner. At first, after our first real encounter, we hooked up maybe six or seven times every month. Our kids were at that stage in life where they needed more autonomous time away from home with friends, and so we had more time to play with friends too! Now that we are in midst of this pandemic, we are living monogamously. Sometime next year, once a vaccine is in play, we hope to revisit the lifestyle, and reconnect with some old friends, and make some new friends. We would like to get back to a small group of friends, who live nearby, and all share attraction, trust and desire. Probably, as before that will require some meet ups, with new and exciting people, at a public place and then if that goes well, some sexy erotic, orgasmic adventures.

Swingers In Uniform - Pay your memorial day respects here. - I joined the United States Air Force by my own will. I joined after I thought long and hard about spending years of my life dedicated to something other than myself. I decided that I do love the freedoms that have and I am willing to make sure they stay that way. Noone decided this for me, I am not mindless, I am educated,and I am a member of mensa. Not every war has to be fought on American soil to have a pure purpose. DJQ, you have the ability to not only work and pay your bills, feed yourself, acquire material posessions(including the computer you make your posts on), and you have the right to your opinion. All of these things are possible because of a country, however flawed, that stands up for what it feels is right. I'm willing to bet that ANY number foreign nationals would love to trade places with you right now. When you put your own self needs away for a short moment and realize, like so many post before mine have said, there are families without fathers and mothers because they fought for something bigger than themselves, we, you and I, are not that important in the grand scheme of things. Young men and women, some as young as 18 years of age, are sleeping in tents, eating food from plastic bags, and waiting for the next mortar round to hit nearby, because they were asked too. Many of whom probably do not agree with their situation, but realize that they are their, giving of themselves for a greater good. These people deserve at the very least a soft thank you once a year. DJQ, you are intitled to your opinion, no one will force you to believe something else like the days of inquisition. But please, for all those who have given of themselves, past and current, have just a shred of decency and gratitude that you are able to live the life you have. I'm not telling you to believe the same way I do, opposing sides is part of what makes this country great, just dont take for granted the things that were given to you without expectation of repayment. I am PROUD to have served in the United States Air Force. I served dilligantly during desert storm in support of all the marines and soldiers who were on the ground, my brothers. Swinging versus poly/open - - I'm speculating here, but it seems the millennial generation as a whole is more open to an open/poly relationship, and it naturally is bleeding into Swingular as more and more younger/ish couples sign up. We started out with very strict rules about emotions for others, ect. Now, we find ourselves on a spectrum where we still occasionally love the "wham bam, thank you mam" aspects of swinging (what were their names again...😁?), but after several years of that, we are now far more interested in developing relationships with the people we meet. Sometimes that means we have really good friends with benefits, however neither of us are closed to the possibility of dating the right person. And I don't believe dating others leads to divorce, however not being honest and failing to communicate certainly does. And that applies to swingers and monagamous couples alike.
