Lifestyle RV Parks & Campgrounds - Does anyone know of RV parks and campgrounds for those in the lifestyle? - You are referring to Cherry Lane Nudist Resort in Michigan, it's a swingers community. It is not far from Detroit. There is another one not far from there called Northhaven, also a nudist resort that is swinger friendly and much nicer then Cherry Lane. :) Both are still open and are doing very well. Northhaven also sponsors the Miss Nude Northhaven Contest every summer.

I think the color chart is great... all you have to do is remember what your color is about and then when you run into someone that has a band on and you don't know what the color stands for you will be impaled to actually go up to that person and ask them what it stands for...[size=200] [color=#56121d"]this is what is called a great conversation starter...[/color][/size] this is what we are trying to get across to people.. you don't need to remember all the colors just the number that is on the bracelet...

Early on, when looking into swinging, I visited another forum. A couple posted a picture of themselves with the caption, "We did it!" Their shirts were off and they were facing away from the camera. A few people posted that they didn't get it. The OP explained that they got upside down pineapples tattooed on their backs so other swingers would know they were in the lifestyle. No one knew what they were talking about. It was sad cause at first they joked that it was a well known sign, but person after person chimed in that they had never heard of it. Some people who had been in the lifestyle over ten years said they'd never heard of it.
After a while they stopped trying to convince people and then stopped responding.
It was pretty sad.

Worst advise I can think of... It defeats one of the biggest attractions of Lava, which is once you park your car for the weekend it doesn't move until you go home.
I can think of few things less fun than driving 35 minutes on mountain roads after a couple of drinks at the Blue Moon or visiting Lava and being tagged the designated driver. Everyone that parties goes to the Blue Moon as that is where the fun is at in the evening.
For those who have never done Lava the main attractions in the summer are tubing the river and the Blue Moon, while the main attractions in the winter are the hot springs and the Blue Moon. There are other things to do and you can mix and match, but we've found that is how our time breaks out when we're not fucking.
We visit Lava 5 or 6 times a year, of those maybe two are for LS Events, two for romantic getaways and two for friends and family.
Lava is known as a local Idaho and Utah swingers destination and there are many there every weekend. The problem is you need to have your meet ups scheduled before arriving as it's almost impossible to sort the LS from the vanilla on site.
Risqué Soiree held an event in Lava last spring that was very fun and well attended, we hope they do it again this year. It was a great event for those new to the LS or anyone wanting to meet friends. Also because it involved both Idaho and Utah there was a lot more interaction than many meet ups where people have a tendency to group up with those they already know.
Lava is one of those places you will either fall in love with and visit often, or visit once to say you have been there and done that and never return. But one thing I can promise, and that is if your room is in Pocatello you'll never understand the nuances that make Lava so charming to many. If you want big fancy hotels and everything about your visit orchestrated you would be much better advised to spend your vacation in Vegas as you will not be happy in Lava.

Adulter or Swinger? - - I'll probably catch a lot of flack for what I'm about to say but here goes. SWINGING is or was started by servicemen in the late 50 and early 60's . Two MARRIED couples would SWAP wives for the night. Generally, the odd couples would repair to different rooms and play. The only thing sharred about it was that they had swapped... Then it progressed to parties and shoe parties or key parties and couples would go with the person whos shoe or keys they would get from the pile. Over the years single women were welcomed into the swinger ranks since swinging/swapping had evolved to simply recreational sex.... They were welcomed because women were looking for bi sexual experiences and men like the idea of 2 on one and watching women together. Enter the single men.... When I was younger we called young single men and women getting together dating... Now we have singles "dating" swingers????
Enter the married guy who isnot happy with what he has at home and thinks swinging is a legal/moral way to get strange.... Bottom line one needs to be married or in a committed relationship to cheat. Cheating is where one of the couple goes out and plays with someone other than their partner....
So for a married woman, not in a "relationship" to have sex with anyone, another single, randomly is not cheating but in a very broad sense, is in fact swinging. I would also say that one could also say that that person is dating.... regardless of the sexual connotations.
One thing to note here is that swinging has evolved to something more than recreational sex. It now has the connotation of friends or friendship involved. In fact, there are actually people who wish to have closed sexual relations with one or more couples. Exclusive in nature where each couple involved only has sex with their partner and with ONLY people who have agreed that they willl do the same...
So cheating is the only cut and dried issue... Non consensual sex with other than ones own partner of a committed relationship. The rest is either dating or swinging/swapping...
I'm sure we all knew this but it needs to be reiterated from time to time...
Single Males ~VS~ Single Females - Whats the difference? - Since it has been brought up several times here, let me add my cents worth... I have attended swingers(as a single male) meet where only a few selective single males were invite... we were ask to pay 70 buck to enter where a couple was 30 and single female 10... Oh did I mention that we had to wear glowing armbands? and could only approach a female with a glowing armband, unless other wise invited to join??? What got me was the part where 4 single females came in, and not one had an armband... so tell me... what the hell did I pay 70 bucks for??
To me its a rip off.. I think that if females come without a male than they should be fair game for everyone, just as the men should... No is No... and if there is only a selected single males then where would there be a problem???
The bottom line is... these meets don't want single males to be involved for some reason... hell, I've gotten laid a lot cheaper than what I paid to get into the meet... and that included dinner driving and the whole nine yards...lol
