Male bi - Why all the taboo about male bi - I find controversy within the swinging community almost silly. We are collectively engaged in an activity that most of our non-swinging peers would describe (at least in public) as way out there, far beyond the pale. However within our "open" community a few people tend to limit themselves and try to limit others by saying that I am right and thus everyone else is wrong.
We can have open discussion on soft swing and full swap, same room and open. We have clubs and parties and swinging resorts to talk about. Everyone has their own opinion, and most are very open to the opinion of others.
One area where the discussion does tend to polarize swingers is the subject of bisexual males.
Doesn't this strike you as odd? Bisexual females are perhaps the single most powerful driving force within the swinging community. And bisexual males are the closest thing we have to a paria.
Part of that is surely the fear of disease but not entirely. Fear of disease is a clear concern in all swinging and can be controlled. There are far fewer bisexual males in swinging than besexual females but we do not exclude straight females. Why the exclusion of bisexual males?
Perhaps times are changing and bisexual males will become an accepted part of the swinging community. In the interim we intend to at least give them the benefit of the doubt.
upside down pineapple? - - The upside down pineapple identifier didn’t start in Utah, and it’s been around for years. I don’t think it’s ever become so popular that the majority of swingers use it, or look for it, but in my opinion a lot of swingers are aware of it. We see decals on cars around town. We’ve run into people with upside down pineapple tattoos. We have run into couples in Costco wearing pineapple face mask during the early days of the pandemic, and we both have mask with pineapples and wore them in Costco. No, we didn’t end up fucking anyone the in the pet food isle. Seriously, in our opinion, something like this isn’t supposed to be taken too seriously. Just have fun with it.
green door/red rooster - - We live in Las Vegas and have yet to go to any of them :( The main reason being that we use public transportation and only the Green Door is accessible by bus. The nice thing about the Green Door though is that they do free tours. "The naughty crowd!" - Got any good stories? - Alright back.
Every now and then a post will pop up on here talking about meeting a couple outside the lifestyle and wanting to ask "Are you swingers?"
Last year my family and I moved up to Spokane Washington and once we got settled in got to know our neighbors. Turned out the couple next door was near our age and had a daughter close to our sons age, so instant parental friendship since our little ones hit it off.
After a while of getting to know them we became better friends and that question started to kind of creep up in my mind. One sunday looking through a swinger website I happend across a couple who lived in our town, about our age similar intrests and they looked vaguely fimiliar. it wasn't till I got further into their photo albums that I recognized the tattoo on the male half of our neighbors upper arm.
I started laughing and called out to my wife "you'll never believe this!" I kept laughing and told her "I knew there was another reason we got along so well."
Turned out that we weren't what they normally look for in fuck buddies but the friendship we had built up more then made up for the differences. So its been a year and occassionally we still get together for fun time. Its nice to be able to go over to each others houses on the premise of a sleep over and just wait for the little ones to tire themselves out. Then tire ourselves out.
Not sure if thats the kind of stuff your looking for but I find it amusing.

Do the booty calls actually work? - - We rarely post a booty call, but when we do, we always have offers, and we more often than not end up actually hooking up for at least an in the flesh meeting, with sex a possibility if there is chemistry. So, in your case distance and a lack of swingers, using this site, in close proximity to Evanston, is probably the only negative factor. Maybe come to Salt Lake and do a few Friday or Saturday nights at Habits or attending some meet and greets and see if that might put a few Utahans in travel mode.
