I would like to point out one thing, when you are a single male you and you are straight and you want a couple then you bring nothing to table. You have nothing to offer the husband of the couple aside from a show but you are asking the man of the couple to share his wife with you with nothing more then a thank you in exchange,
in most cases single men have a gf or wife but simply do not want to risk sharing them because they are afraid of losing them, having them leave or know thats what you want to start doing or will be trying to do or they do not want to take the effort and risk and time to get their partner involved.
Maybe that is it. They are seen as takers but not givers. Also the acts of some of their kind is seen as rude and pushy. Say "No Single Males" in the profile but yet they cannot understand that. Maybe that is why they are all lumped into a bad group. No positives, for most people and a few negatives and you have a bad listing.
I don't think so. People have talked about the "risk" factor time and time again. However, what is to say that the partner won't run even if you don't "risk" them?

Curious Question - - Actually POOHBEAR... its a major secret society, (swingers), that have been practicing underground in this area, away from public opinion ever since the pioneers came west. Recently it was exposed by the 20/20 news show and now everyone wants to get in on the action.
Seriously... most of the western area of Nev, Utah, Ariz. etc is desert and the cities grow where ever water is available. That means alot of empty space in between cities. As for the number of people in lifestyles... I think alot of us just got bored and had to find something better to do than go bowling at night. No more so than Catholic swingers, or Baptist swingers, or Jehovah's Witness swingers or Muslim swingers (I could go on.). All of which we've met over the years. You can certainly question how someone might rationalize fucking other people recreationally with belief in any given religion, most of which I'm certain wouldn't condone swinging. But it's not really all that different from how most people in the vanilla world view sexual fidelity even when religion isn't in play.
I'd like some advice.....really, I'm serious. - - We've always gotten a chuckle while running into co-workers on this site, or we discover they are swingers. This has happened quite often, and it's remarkable what a fun common interest it is to have with someone with whom you've only had a working relationship.
As for the play part, we rarely if ever approach or intimate that we'd like to play with them, and let them approach us.

Have you ever.... - - I wonder how many of you may have inadvertently "seduced" vanillas that were actually swingers?
