Hair Removal Risk/Benefit - Hair removal and increased or decreased susceptibility to some STI/STDs - We have an non-intimate vanilla acquaintance, that caught a strain of HPV and could not clear it, that has had numerous surgeries on her lady parts, and uses chemotherapy cream on a regular basis. It’s unsettling to hear about these sorts of health risk, but to ignore the existence of risk is not at all wise. There are preventative measures and then there is the luck of the genetic raffle. Most of us in the lifestyle, well most anyone, who has ever been sexually active, even just a little, and probably the majority of adults, sexually active or not, have probably been exposed to some strain of HPV, and most of us never had symptoms and just cleared the virus. Me personally, I’m strep resistant. I actually seem to be able to kill streptococcus through my own secondary immune system. When the kids or the wife would catch it and be symptomatic and start their antibiotics to kill it, I would test positive, without being symptomatic. Go back a day later and I would test negative. Rather than taking antibiotics for no reason I just sort of stayed away from people until they had been on antibiotics for a day. I don’t get sick but I could carry strep until I seem to just kill it. I have maybe been sick three days in the last fifteen years. Mrs. Delicious gets sick maybe four times a year. It’s the luck of the draw. Neither of us have ever had a cold sore, and I doubt we that neither of us have ever been exposed to that virus. Swinging carries with it higher risk than monogamy. Living an active life of any kind contains some risk and some reward. People say that a lot of swingers are flakes. Maybe they just hold from hooking up until they feel the potential for reward is worth the risk.

Why swingers are happier. - - How can that place with a mouse, seven dwarfs and a monorail claim to be the happiest place on earth without sex or booze and all those kids?

SLC Couple for MFM+M+M - Wife wants small gangbang -
The problem here is you are in Utah. Think of how many gorgeous but divorced women are here, 30-40’s, lived a suppressed marriage for years and now want to have fun, but still have the “can’t be single” mindset. Meaning those sought after single guys just don’t stay single long. When you travel outside of Utah you do meet these guys that have been joining us swingers for years. The ones here that have years experience pop in and out based on relationships.
Yep, this sounds familiar. After a long relationship that has ended due to circumstances beyond my control, I'm popped back in and would be interested in helping to satisfy most fantasies.

Cabincpl - Hot Tub Purchase Virgins -
We have both a Bullfrog A7 and an Arctic Spa Tundra currently. Bullfrog is in SLC home and Arctic Spa is at our St. George home. I’ve owned 4 Bullfrog Spas now. I’d never buy another Bullfrog Spa after having the Arctic Spa Tundra. Cleaning Bullfrog spas is very laborious, involving, pulling out seats and cleaning both the interior finish as well as the backside, hoses and fittings. These are not easy to clean and keep clean folks. Meanwhile, at our second home in St. George, the Arctic spa practically maintains itself and very easy to remotely monitor chemicals and raise and lower and turn on/off jets. The salt water system is the best. And saves you sooooooo much money in chemicals, cleaning and filters. We were recommended the Arctic Spa by 2Gemini’s and very happy we went that route, especially for a second home that needed east maintenance. GO WITH ARCTIC SPAS.
We have been thinking of getting the ultimate swingers accessory a.k.a. hottub. Nice to see a fellow southern utah couple chime in. We might have to check out this tundra spa. You know for research. 😏🤭

Here's something Ive been curious about - - I think over the years we've pretty much seen and heard it all in regards to this subject and who is and isn't a "real" swinger. It kind of all boils down to semantics, doesn't it? Is it really that important to label it and each other? If swinging is a more of a mindset then yes, singles (male and female) are swingers too. I think, perhaps, that what some of the couples might be trying to get at (inelegantly IMO) is that in many ways perhaps singles don't really have as much invested in the process as couples do. As a swinging couple (remember it used to be called "wife swapping") you are in effect opening your relationship to some very real risk. If you don't think that's the case you either are in denial or haven't been around the scene that long. Singles simply aren't running the same risk although it could be argued they do have some risks, especially single females who at very least have some safety issues going into sometimes unknown situations alone. I guess you could argue single males also have a few risks as well. Also, of course, there is the whole argument of singles "not bringing anything to the table". An oft quoted argument to denote they don't have a partner to "swap". True enough in some regards but not entirely true in that they bring themselves and variety to the table for those couples not looking for a couples swap or who want to fulfill other fantasies or who have difficulty finding a fourway connection or attraction. Ultimately I think it's unnecessary for couples who don't want to play with singles (most often it's just single guys, a double standard perhaps?) to diss singles by saying they aren't swingers. And it's also probably not necessary for a few singles to complain that they aren't given an equal place at the table when they indeed do not come prepared to risk the same that couples must risk. Bottom line. Swing how you want to swing and don't swing how you don't want to swing. There's actually room for everyone even if we aren't all necessarily sitting at the same table.

Can you be in love AND swing? If so, tell us how! - - The only way any relationship works is mutual respect/love/caring/communication. It doesn't matter if it's a marriage, LTR, or any other possible configuration. As proof I would submit that 60+ to 70+ percentage of marriages, both first and second, fail in the "normal" world. Also in poles taken, 60 to 70% of all married people or people in relationships have had relationships outside of marriage without their partner's knowledge.....i.e., "CHEATING". Swingers can hardly cheat, although it sometimes happens... Divorce in the swinging community is about one quarter of that in the "normal" community. I would submit that the reason for this is a. the partners respect and love and trust each other as no other group does. b. the need or want to cheat is virtually eliminated... c. communication needed for the trust and the ability to work thru hard relationship problems is in place and working well d. RESPECT for each other as individuals is greatly enhanced. Jealousy is part fear and part possessivness... Fear of loosing, fear that someone is better, fear that they are inadequate.. and many more fears are basiclly absent. And possessivness is not possible if you and your wife or SO are sharing yourself with others. One thing about swinging.... If your relationship is good, communications are good and your sex life is good .....Swinging might very well work for you, as a couple. If there are any problems, fix them first or stay out of swinging... A good relationship will generall be enhanced by swinging. A relationship with problems will generally magnify problems introduce problems and ultimately cause devistation in that relationship. You life coach has their head where the sun doesn't shine...and knows not of what he spake... Amen

Black Ring - Who has theirs and how have they caught on? -
I saw a couple at scorez in Lehi and introduced myself. They seemed excited I knew.
We've had multiple occasions where people in the wild have introduced themselves to us as a result of the rings. Mostly when we were traveling (outside of Utah). It's really not a big thing in Utah, yet... but outside of the state it's catching on relatively quickly. http://www.okswing.com/index.php/en/easyblog/entry/black-ring-right-hand-how-to-find-swingers-in-public http://www.lifestylerings.com/faqs.html http://swapfu.blogspot.com/p/black-ring-right-hand.html?zx=7e2daf1b3e26bd4a ... Also worth noting... it's mostly catching on among the younger, "under 50s" crowd. The old-timers seem content to poo-poo any idea, concept, or trend that doesn't fit their definition of 'swinging'. (Including at least one person on here who spends, literally, every waking minute of his day trolling the forums making negative / sarcastic comments to anyone and everyone). If you don't like the trend, don't do it... but there's no reason to pretend it's not real. ALSO... Black Ring Society is going to be changing its name to SwingRing (mobile app name is changing as well... I'll start a separate thread on that). We think it's a more inclusive, shorter, and less confusing name..
