Lying About Your Age? - Is lying about your age considered proper? - Does age really matter? I know several couples on this site and others that have porposely lowered their age. Basically, lying about how old they are. Is it considered proper among swingers to lie about how old they are? If they lie about their age, what else are they lying about? Once you find out how old they really are, and knowing they lied, would you trust them? Or, can you say you are younger if you look younger than your age? Just curious as to what other Non monogamous couples' have experienced when strong emotional bonds to people other than one's spouse has emerged.
Have you ever.... - - Seriously, if you go to a bar or anywhere as a couple and you are obviously together and people get friendly they are just that, being friendly. If they get flirty and playful then it may be more than that and it may just be them being flirty and playful. Picking up anyone that is obviously quite inebriated is just stupid and selfish be they swinger or vanilla. But if they seem to want to move a step further than flirty and playful and they are sober enough to be rational then really just how vanilla are they? Swingers did not invent non committal, recreational sex and swingers did not invent the bars and clubs pick up scene. Self described swingers are not the only ones open to or even out looking for a sexual connection. So picking up on a sexy single while together in a bar may just be one more person added to what they hoped to find when they left the house. People pick up and have sex with people all the time and sometimes it is wonderful and sometimes they have regrets. It is sort of the same risk as the singles pick up scene just a bit kinkier. Picking up another couple may be a bit more complicated. If the couple has never discussed just such a possibility together then we agree with Evil you might be complicating a relationship. One side might be saying yes, yes while the other spouse says yes and is really not sure about it. There might be jealousy issues and other surprises arise once the clothes come off. Really that can happen when meeting with other swingers too! If they are in a bar they are more likely to have discussed such things together than some other hangouts. what is the protocol for cheating spouses?? - - We think you should tell all your friends in the lifestyle, what happened, who he is and how to identify his profile. You do not need to be mean or judgmental about it but certainly your friends have the right to know the truth about this man. Married people male or female hooking up with swingers under false pretenses suggesting they are single is an ongoing problem and a little help in identifying cheaters within the community is always appreciated. We think you should be honest with his wife about what happened but do not give her any more personal information about yourselves than necessary. Her husband was who violate an agreement with her. You were duped into meeting him under false pretenses. The betrayal is all his. You do not know her or how she will react or if she may try and exact some idea of vengeance upon you, as if that would be fair or accomplish any good thing whatsoever. People do crazy things.
