Florida Nude Beaches - Any on the west coast? - We are friends of the owners of Edun Lake and they do have a website and you need to let them know you are coming to get the gate code to get in. It is not a swingers resort but so many guests are in the lifestyle, the owners are not. If it is ok to mention a website on here, The Florida Swing Party host private parties at Edun Lake once in a while and you can check their website for a current calendar of events. I know they are hosting a great New Years Eve party not far from Naples.
If you rent a boat, you can go to the north end of Captiva Island. Not sure of the legalities, but it is "owned" by the Sanibel Naturists and known locally as a nude beach but not officially recognized as one.

Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - Wow! It's adorable to read the comments of those 20 through 40's. We remember those years. There are times that memories of incontrolable thrusts and unconscious passion give pause, but experience... though overstated is under-rated. There are plenty of young'uns out there that appreciate the gentility of exploring "water flow naturally to seek its level." A young, (or young in experience) lady sometimes welcomes someone who has gotten past the self-serving impulses of youth. A young buck who wants to find his stride, unthreatened by the challenges of unknown expectations often does the same. The deciding factor is, are you into the trip, or obsessed with a destination in which you've never reached?

I don't agree with the war in Iraq, but I thought this was a site to meet other couples and singles in the lifestyle... and based on my limited exposure to both don juan and clitty, i have a hard time believing they are active in the lifestyle... maybe they are just venting frustrations they have pent up from the inability to attract someone on this site... now why don't we get back to the subject that we are really on this sight for...SEX!!!
Disabled Swingers - - My best friend was disabled, and while up until the last month of her life she was not confined to needing mobility assistance, she was active in the lifestyle and very upfront with people about her disability. She was always a BBW, struggling with issues from severe depression and diabetes, her weight fluctuated up and down as a side effect of various medications and changes in medications to manage her primary illness, that being bipolar disorder. Sometimes she had zero sex drive as a side effect of some of the medications for her depression, and sometimes she wanted sex 24/7 (Manic side of the bipolar disorder). She always told anyone that contacted her about her illness from the first contact/reply and would leave it up to them if there was ever to be an in person meeting knowing that she may or may not be able to play. We were friends for over 8 years, and while we were active in the lifestyle as a couple for 2 years we always let others know there was a possibility of the other one of us being around (especially when she was having bad times from her mental illness). She always had a good time when she was able to play, and we met a lot of really good people.
So just hang in there, be honest and confident. You will meet people that are willing to play with you once they understand your situation and limitations, and you will have some wonderful times.

Are we really as judgmental as vanilla people? - - Yes, unfortunately some swingers are as judgemental or even worse than our vanilla counterparts. After taking a break for some time, Jen and I decided to get back in the swing of things. We have recently moved from California to Ohio due to me (Mike) being in the military. Strangely enough, we have found more judgemental people out here than were in CA. At a party that we were at, one of the guests actually came up to Jen and said some mean things about her because of her weight. We ended up leaving early anyway, due to bad weather and a drive home. This discussion came up in another forum of a website that we also belong to as well. Just because we're swingers doesn't mean you have to play with somebody you don't find attractive, but you can at least be nice to that person.

Seems like people are attacking the men for being "swingers" when their wives are not involved...How many times have you finally located that ever elusive bi-female and clicked her profile only to find that she is a couple too?
