Why are people not answering? - - I agree totally. The most aggravating are those who send an email expressing interest, you reply courteously and never hear from them again. Might as well reply to their email with " Take a long walk on a short pier", or "Kiss my ass" for all the good it does. And those who do it know who they are...even more disgusting are those who do answer emails, schedule a meet and then disappear, never to be seen or heard from again....or they do schedule a meeting and never show up....(how many cups of coffee is a realistic amount of time to wait? ) then you realize you have been "had again". First time stories, wanna share? - - Our first experience wasn't so great. There was mis-communcation, and it was fairly awkward. Actually, when my wife and I left the hotel in the morning, we decided swinging wasn't for us.
A few days later we decided not to let one experience be the final judgment. We joined Swingular and started talking to a couple that contacted us. My wife and I were a bit worried by their much higher experience level, but than we decided maybe that would be better.
We were right. They were nice and respectful and did a great job of making us feel comfortable, and we ended up having a really fun night with them. I think being with experienced swingers allowed us to just be ourselves and only have to concentrate on our own boundaries. If we had been with another newer couple, we'd all have to worry about going to far. We had a good enough night that we have kept in contact with them and continued to slowly check out the lifestyle.
We're still Soft Swap, and full swing couples have been really gracious to us, letting us join them and get a better idea of the lifestyle, and letting us get our feet wet, before diving in to the deep end. :)
We've had no bad experiences, but some could have been better if we had communicated on our end better. We're still learning how to do that.
Overall, these early experiences have been a lot of fun, and we're finding that easing into the lifestyle isn't as rocky as we feared. It's been a fun journey so far.
Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - we are looking for friends ,,
the friends i have now,,
we can party & set around , talk, joke.
and whatever.and not worry about what is said
or who said it.
To give you an example our friend Glen got him a new girlfriend
she is spanish, now our friends are people of all colors different
religons, there polish italian, irish, african american, etc..etc..
But Glens new girlfriend is new to the crowd. She been dating him for about 4 months.
Now we don't swing with any of these people, the problem we have is this ,in our
group of friends and Glen is in agreement with this , that we all have to watch what we
say now if we say anything that has to do with spanish people, as in joking,cutin' up,
whatever.she will get mad. If you can't sit around and joke and cut up without anyone getting offended then your not friends. We have tried to discuss this with her, to no aveil...
This is what we are looking for, friends that can get along... without all the other
bullshit that goes on in the rest of the world..

Swingers dying out? - Is the utah swinger community dying or becoming to needy? - We feel quite the opposite. We've been on swingular for 15 days now. We've been to 2 meet n greets, met two couples otherwise, and enjoyed a MMF experience for hubby`s birthday. We are hoping to meet another couple tomorrow.
