A caveat of this analysis is that it assumes a uniform distribution of swingers over the population of Utah. My guess is that this isn't the case but instead the density of swingers aligns with the density of more liberal thinkers. The net result is that it would put more swingers in the more densely populated areas with the highest density in SLC. That could easily swing the odds from 1 in 1,000 to 1 in 100.
