Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - Attraction is just that... attraction. Age is just one of many factors that has the ability to blow my skirt up :) I think society gets a little hung up on it. I was out and about recently with a much younger guy and the looks I got ranged from amused to downright pissed off. I was actually a bit shocked that people even cared. My issue with seeing much younger men is that their range of experience is limited. Now I'm not just talking sexually, but life experiences. So when you crawl out from under the sheets, what do you have to talk about? That is an issue. I enjoy conversation, debate and people who actually 'get it', yanno? In bed.. well they are typically sexual dynamos..woo hoo! Older men...well they have their issues too. I find that a few have had difficulty with relationship/play/dating/romance stuff. Their heads are stuck in good girl/bad girl issues and so I either get treated like a total slut/whore or a princess. It's strange. Swinging is a recreational thing. It should never define your relationship. As in anything in life, you have to be fluid, dynamic and open-minded, all while realizing your limits and the limits of your partner. Swinging is not a neccessity. Before we all made it real, it was a fantasy. No one can convince me that fantasies must be a reality or we'll all die. If that were the case, then the only people on earth would be rich or those that care nothing for material things. Healthy swinging is something you can pick-up and lay down. If you need to swing, I think you are in it for the wrong reasons. I think "lifestyle" is a bad word. This is not a lifestyle. It's a sexual choice. We don't live to swing or swing to live. We swing because we are horny and want some strange. There is nothing mysterious about it. We are sexual creatures and swingers just do not allow religious (moral) restraint to interfere with their sex life. That's my opinion.

Ugly people and swinging - - A few years ago we met our first "swingers." They were in their 50's, overweight, and not attractive. We eventually met more of their friends who were equally overweight and not attractive. They were always trying to entice us to participate in their "swinging" activities. It seemed as if all these couples lost interest in each other and just wanted some other person besides their own partner to fuck. They were always looking to trade up and we were the outcasts for not participating. The overweight ugly people always hide behind "inner beauty" and "connection." Sorry, I don't get it. My girl doesn't get it even more than me. I'm aware that ugly people need love too. It's great when two ugly couples can come together and eventually....come together. You know who you are. I think a lot of people in this lifestyle just "settle" for what's available, in turn lowering the collective standard. Don't be afraid to reject a couple if one of them is unattractive. This is probably a more realistic picture of your odds when you try to pick up a random couple in the wild. 1 in a thousand isn't out of the question..... but unless you're prepared to be very blunt, it's probably not worth wasting your time on, either.
