There are plenty of people here who like to play. WHO, exactly, they like to play with is the overriding question. As some have pointed out, geography is somewhat against you here as well as the fact that you're a single male and, for some, don't bring as much to the table (i.e. a partner).
But there are plenty of people who play with single males. It's just that with single males it's DEF a buyers market and those who play with them can be, and often are, very choosey. Simple supply and demand. And I know it's hard for some guys (not saying you're in this category) to not think that all swingers are DTF anyone, any time, anywhere.
Market yourself wisely. Find your target audience (Read profiles METICULOUSLY to make sure you know someone is looking for someone like you.) and, most of all, be patient and you will eventually find people to play with.

Swingers at work... - - About a year ago my wife was visiting one of the fast food stores she owns. It is one in the next town that has a full time General Manager and a manager so she spends minimal time there.
She was walking thru and over heard two employee talking. Clearly it was about a local swing club but no one but a member would know.
She discretely took one employee to the side and asked if they were speaking (female first name) and (male first name)'s party. She was.
Ended up that several of the employee's were attending the same party we were going to. Apparently we had all been going but just never on the same nights.
Needless to say it was an interesting evening the time where my wife and I along with three of her employees were all at the same party. A little space was given but by the third or forth time we were all at a party at the same time it worked out ok.
The no play rule is VERY firm and it is NEVER mentioned at work. Thank goodness the store was eventually sold to new owners so the concern is much less.

How many? - - Well, Me the Mr. would have been dead before 25. Back in the good old days anything that could be caught was easily cured with an antibiotic or at least so we thought. So from the time we crazy kids were in our late teens it was not uncommon to have sex with 7 or 8 different people in a year as part of dating. Most of us were probably just lucky. Never became a baby daddy thanks to birth control and I never contracted anything. So I would have been dead a long time ago. At 26 I got married and we have been together over 30 years. Mrs. Delicious was a sexy 5'11" 19 year old goddess and a virgin with a smoking hot 36D-23-36 build with deep blue eyes and a smile and voice of a siren. She is still smoking hot in her older version of herself. We were both a bit more conservative because I had gone so far off in the outskirts of normal in my youth and as a musician that I had bounced back the other direction and she was from a conservative background. We raised a family and did all the things parents should do to enrich their children's educational experience and to promote growth etc., so we really would not have the time or the place to do much swinging. Polyamory - Any thoughts on an exclusive 3 or more partner relationship? - This is like kissing to me.... Don't love anyone you have sex with except your SO... Well I am in a poly relationship with a married woman. Her husband is not poly and my wife is not poly. The 4 of us are good friends and both my wife and her husband know that the relationship is not platonic, far from it. They do not swing but we met at a swingers social. They were looking into the lifestyle but did not decide to go that way... We started talking on the internet.. they live a little less than 30 miles away. She and I had discovered that we loved each other from the several meetings and talking and I stopped by one afternoon, sat down and told her husband how I felt and she told him also. Understand we both understand that it is a secondary relationship and neither of us wants to leave our respective mates... We have discussed what ifs like; What if something happens to one of our mates? What if one of our mates starts to have problems with our relationship? We try to discreetly meet when we are each free and our mates are not around... This to alleviate any stress to our primary relationships... We do get together and eat and watch TV, play games, dance...Everything is open above board and consensual.
Many people who are coming into the lifestyle, over the age of 40 and empty nesters have things in their profiles like; "looking for one or two couples for fun both in and out of the bedroom. Would like to find a couple or two to play with on a regular basis..." The implication is that they want a relationship that is closed...i.e., safe, secure and on a regular basis... To me that looks suspiciously like poly relationships. B and I need to find a place in MT but it's much much too unpopulated there, too cold and could get lonely....besides B likes her job/s.. Wears so many hats it isn't funny. All in all we do get to get out and go to parties/socials almost every weekend, if we want. Something to be said for populated areas even if super people live so far away...
Facebook for Swing Friends? - - I have close swing friends on mine. But then gain I'm actually friends with my close swing friends, of that makes any sense. Yes, I know not all Swingers are honest or think it is our place to judge. I disagree. We always make judgments for what is acceptable to us and what is not. Swinging is about honest fun and cheaters are not being honest, so why should we include them? The suggestion is only for those of us who want honesty. Think about this, if there was no honesty swinging would cease to exist.
