I would hope that it is not sour. I am only trying to prevent disinformation. It is unfair to pigeon hole people based on locale. I think a lot of the issues here stem from differences in culture. Most apply their own upbringing as the standard for which is considered appropriate. If we are more open-minded about others view, we will often find the intent is good. I, like many, am guilty of letting my own perspective cloud my judgment. We are all guilty of it to some degree. It is the very reason wars are started. I think those are pretty common ideas here. We take it a bit further in that we only keep people in our friends list if we have a rather immediate desire to meet up (next few weeks); with covid, that has kept our friends list very small.

We have been to the meet and greets too and we don't go very often and have not been to one in ages. Maybe twice a year we hit one but when we do go we pretty much introduce ourselves to everybody and if we missed someone we didn't mean to. You do have to be proactive to be successful in meeting people or at least reactive in a positive fashion when someone interesting approaches you. We have been to Habits and ended up leaving with someone, but we had already had a bit of friendly back and forth somehow with the people we left with or it was someone we met previously and had at least chatted a bit. We think we have only been there maybe five times altogether. Well, maybe Mr. Delicious will put on a collared shirt just in case we head that way but for now we are thinking maybe the Green Pig sounds fun.

Sorry DE2OFUS, but you are wrong. The verification process is to verify that a Couple is is a real couple or a Single Female is a Single Female and not a Single Male masquerading as a couple or single female as a way to infiltrate the site being something other than a single male. That was happening at the beginning of this site. It caused a lot of problems. It is not a question of whether this person is a real person or not. But, if we were to take the Real Seal literally, it is for 'Verification' to prove that this person is what he claims. He claimed on his profile to be 'single'. He admitted he is NOT single. Therefore the verification would have been false as he was NOT a Real 'Single' Male. He was married, whether cheating or not.

For the people who do care if the SM is lying or not, men like this do a great disservice to a SM like myself who is honest and truly single, not lying on his profile about his status. And remember that Swinging by it's nature must be about honest communication. It doesn't matter that this person 'admitted' a lie. What matters is that he LIED, and that the person who posted this question wanted him to be single, not a lying cheater.
