Extramarital Affairs and the Lifestyle - Where do you stand? - ok Diver here goes, well at least you admit your a married cheater and not a true single although i believe your profile was a couple (my fault) so that is a plus in your behalf. but please consider this; You start talking with a couple, they agree to meet , you all get together and things seem to go very well you all end up having a great time. You get dressed and proceed to leave the room, home whatever. As you leave your wife her brother and half your neighborhood is waiting at your car for you to label you a cheater. No problem you say ok then the couple that was willing to share their time and sex with you ends up being supeaned into court for \"allienation of affection\" their kids wonder why no one talks to mommy and daddy any more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, see its not only you that you are putting in jeapordy but all of us that dont know what is really behind the profile, and please understand we arent bashing you at all to each their own but can you see where it falls on more than just your shoulders?
Now that scenario which is about as far out as it can get seems like neverland to you but what about the real swingers your putting in that position. Divorce rates - How do we compare - We are a bit of an older couple with a different prospective. Amoung our swinging friends and aquaintances if we were to generalize it is that they are on a second marriage, have been married for 10 years or so and are very happy. Amoung our non-swinging friends they are on their first second, or third marriage and are generally unhappy. I would put the divorce rate amoung the non-swingers at more than double that of the swingers over a 10 year period.

Is it that a single swinging female is all that elusive, or is it just more likely that a woman who's secure enough in who she is to have a liberated lifestyle is probably more likely to have a boyfriend / husband? Thus making it a simple fact of life and society that the whole concept of a liberated single female is for the most part a myth or at best a temporary state.
Guys are programmed to be tomcats. There comes a time when "every boy must become a man". But little girls are taught that "sex is something only for your husband".
Society accepts single males prowling about generally - that's why when a single guy get shat upon in a swingers site, the resultant wailing bears striking resemblance to a chorus of whining mules. They don't get it: "They don't like me? Why? I'm hot..." Now if a woman were to go out there looking for it, then she's branded a home-wrecker, "slut", "whore", or worse. Tell me you'd sign up for that cruise?
IMHO: I think when a couple starts kvetching about the lack of single females, they might do well to have a look at why it is that they want just a woman and not her S/O. Chances are, deep down those same paradigms that are causing the lack of single females are deeply rooted in their own attitudes.
