Swinging capitol of USA - What state is the Swinging Capitol of USA and why? - This site has a heavy Utah involvement but we think that there are probably more swingers in Florida in terms of actually numbers and as a percentage of the population but that is just us guessing. Back before the internet it seemed that swingers and swing clubs were more common in Orange County California and up in San Francisco. Is Las Vegas the swingers capital city? It is not a census question and nobody is really counting so who knows.
