You don’t consider yourselves “swingers”, but you’re on a swinger site looking for an exclusive relationship… from my own personal experience and from what I’ve seen with others, this type of relationship with another couple burns short but bright. I always caution couples we know when they come across other couples that change their minds from a sexy fun friendship to trying to back them into a serious “exclusive” relationship… excluding all other friends they’ve made in this LS along the way. It can be a drama filled and painful road. I’m sure of the 6 couples you’ve dated over the years you can attest to that if you’re being 💯 honest to yourselves. This type of relationship should be (imo) found organically and mutually if that’s what it ends up being… Saying you want to be exclusive with a potential swinger couple from the start, while upfront and honest, can sound forced and rigid. I (male) had a similar experience on one of my many business trips. I was visiting a place far from home and was searching the local area as I do for someone to meet and try to find a tour guide of the local area. I have always figured why not be a swinger, because if we hit it off then everyone wins, new friends in different parts of the country. They had a few projectionist that had records that were willing to do the job because they were paid wages that were like 5 times what a projectionist normally gets paid. In the end the investigators were able to discover that the owners of the theaters were using the income from the theaters to subsidize totally legitimate businesses they also owned which resulted in racketeering charges which are a felony and directed at the owners. That was the end of pornographic theaters in Salt Lake City. The internet probably would have put them all out of business anyway. It seems that I remember that there was also was a well known and very successful modeling and acting booking agency that also sometimes pimped out really stunningly attractive women and some men too to wealthy business people visiting Salt Lake City. This agency had a big legitimate book of business and just sort of disappeared over night due to racketeering charges involving money for sex being deposited into bank accounts of the agency. So maybe any money earned by anyone, event and party organizers included that can be tied to the lifestyle should be kept separate from any other business they might own just in case the ultra conservative side of our city ever decides to find some leverage to try and shut down swingers events. Anyone that has been an adult for over three decades living here can see that the culture that apposes the near theocracy that existed here for so long is much larger and has more influence and control than was the case not so long ago. Salt Lake is home to some of the most conservative minded and liberal minded people in the west when in comes to the subject of sex.
