We Need Our Members Opinions!! - Please read and reply.... - We were referred by some friends. We were never swingers before. We always talked about fantasies but, didn't know how to bring them into reallity. Our first experience was at a party we were invited to from this site. We love the things we have expetienced and the friends we have met (some of whom we have not played with but, have developed great friendships with.)
I agree that things are a little slower. But, my only question is how do you become a featured member?
It seems like every time you log on, it's the same couples. We would like to be featured members. What do we need to do to earn our place on the main page?

Hedonism, Tempations, Sandals, or others? - - If you ever get a chance to do the Young Swingers Week at Hedo (especially in March) do it! In March they take over the entire resort and limit the guests in age and only couples...no single dudes. One member of the couple has to be 45 or under. The people that go are amazing! We made friends all over the US and Canada and have places to stay if we are travelling. Just spent Halloween in Denver with a couple we met at YSW at Hedo. They have theme nights every night, play rooms, top shelf alcohol, good (not great) food, day time activities (including free daily scuba trips if you are certified), four or five on resort restaurants (as well as the buffet), no tipping allowed and a lot more. We like spending our days layng on the beach or partying in the nude pool where you have hundreds of fully naked people around you all the time. The resort has a mandatory nude side and a clothing optional side. The resort is designed for swingers instead of just being lifestyle friendly especially when YSW takes over. It is truly an amazing experience that we highly recommend trying at least once...and once you have been, you will go back. We can not recommend it outside of YSW weeks because we have heard there can be lurking single men.
Most public places - - In a museum here in Houston...In a meeting room at the Banff Springs hotel on an antique table. I my girl friends office on the conference room table. In the woods camping out at the Texas Renaissance festival and of course at the voyeurs room at the local swingers club in Houston, TMZ. Good times in all those situations.

Original humans as swingers? - Provocative theories based on Bonobo sexual behavior - I think animals weren't/aren't monogamous with a few exceptions such as wolves, peregrine falcons, penguins, and dolphins if i'm remembering correctly. i don't think i'd call it the same concept as swinging, but the idea was for the dominant male to spread his genes around as much as possible. whereas the females would attempt to mate with multiple males as to get more assistance with upbringing as well as pass on her own genes. that's my theory anywho. may or may not be even close to the truth, but it makes sense to me.

Camper talk - Swing parties in campers have you done it - We regularly camp with other swingers. RVs are always rocking at night. Word of caution, don't put 4 active people on one end of a pop-up trailer; it doesn't end well. :) Needless to say, we have a full-size RV now.
