Those damn single men! - Where do they fit in this lifestyle? - IRONHORSE360, It's been awhile since this was rehashed, so I will oblige. For us, another man can be had in a couple. The same is true of another female. We do not look for singles of either sex. For what we are looking for in the lifestyle, singles fall short in that they do not bring with them someone for the other person to play with. Anything a single man/woman can do, a married one can do. So, we choose not to even bother with playing with singles. However, we can befriend and party with anyone.
BLINDLOVE, I disagree in that singles can be swingers. swinging is not a "couple" only thing. Swinger or Libertine means that you are not bound by moral restraint when you engage in sex. In other words, you don't need to honor the "holy matrimonial sanctity" of a married couple, whether you are in the married couple or wishing to engage in sex with them. So I still contend that a swinger can not be pigeon holed as a swapping couple only.

Another SM looking for attention. What is this site coming to? I have not had a problem with the overly generous tolerance of SMs on this site, but lately it seems like SMs are getting out of control.
If you have ever been to a nice swinger club in Florida, you will see the difference between Friday (SMs welcome) and Saturday nights (couples only). The reason: the SM "Towel Sharks" circle around the play areas looking to watch couples and maybe even get some for themselves. Sometimes the SMs get so aggressive with the couples, it often creates conflicts and drives couples away.
On this site we are all supposed to be nice to the SMs and not bash them. I understand the need to be civil and respectful to everybody. I also know many of the couples here enjoy hooking up with SMs (we are guilty of that multiple times ourselves). Of course, many SMs are nice guys who lay low and don't cause problems.
Having said that... This post, the Mr. "Save-A-Life" post, and all the other stupid SM "Look at ME" posts, are really screwing this site up. In our book (and probably the majority of other reasonable people's opinions) SWINGERS are "couples" looking for other "couples". Sure swinger couples often look for a single to join, but its usually a female (highly prized) and not a male (over supply).
SMs are not swingers. They are looking for some poontang and all too often they assume that swingers have loose women to share with them. Come on guys... get your own girl and THEN join the party. Hanging around here, perving on pics, and hoping for some strange, does not make you a SWINGER!
With an over-supply of SMs, they have to resort to aggressive self-promotion in order to get noticed. This silly thread here is another example of that.
Come on people. Its time to stop "feeding the cats".
Do the booty calls actually work? - - We rarely post a booty call, but when we do, we always have offers, and we more often than not end up actually hooking up for at least an in the flesh meeting, with sex a possibility if there is chemistry. So, in your case distance and a lack of swingers, using this site, in close proximity to Evanston, is probably the only negative factor. Maybe come to Salt Lake and do a few Friday or Saturday nights at Habits or attending some meet and greets and see if that might put a few Utahans in travel mode.

Swingers In Uniform - Pay your memorial day respects here. - i would love to thank all who support thier military members! as a sailor in the united states navy and have been for 18 years i wouldn't trade anything for the things i have done during my naval career! not only does the military protect our country wew also do other things that people don't see or hear. we have gone to all parts of the world and we help the people of that country. i hvae been to very poor countries and we go there with supplies and we help re build thier cities. i have been on many humanitarian operations. i would also like to say a prayer for all our military members who are ofer seas and for all of those military members who have fallen for our country. and i'm glad to hear that they are sending up a bill to stop protesters at military funerals. i really can't believe that there are people out there who are happy about fallen soldiers. just remember everyone in our military are people who have joined by their own choice to defend our great country not like other countries where it is mandatory to serve in the military. i work at navy basic training (bootcamp) and i see these 18 year old's who have decided to join and do something for thier country. i know alot of you do not support the war but i'm not asking you to support the war but to support the men and women of our military!! well i guess that is all. i hope you all have a great memorial day weekend!!
