Content Removal Policy
Any person may request removal of content that violates our Terms of Service or involves them without consent. We are committed to protecting individual rights and privacy.

Swingular respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Swingular infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court
Repeat Infringer Policy
Swingular will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
