4. Outcome: You will receive a final outcome notification by email

Content Removal Policy

Any person may request removal of content that violates our Terms of Service or involves them without consent. We are committed to protecting individual rights and privacy.

False Reports

Submitting false or malicious reports is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination.

DMCA Copyright Takedown Notice

Swingular respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Swingular infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our site (e.g., URL, username, description)
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court

Repeat Infringer Policy

Swingular will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
