Child Safety Policy
Last Updated: January 26, 2026
Swingular is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This policy outlines our standards, prevention measures, and reporting procedures.
Adults-Only Platform
Swingular is an adults-only platform. All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access our services. We employ age verification measures during registration and reserve the right to request additional verification at any time.
Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be immediately suspended pending investigation and permanently removed if confirmed.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE
Swingular maintains an absolute zero tolerance policy for any content, conduct, or activity involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, including photographs, videos, digital images, or computer-generated images
- Grooming: Any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sextortion: Any attempt to coerce, blackmail, or extort minors using sexual content or threats
- Child Trafficking: Any activity related to the trafficking of minors for sexual purposes
- Solicitation: Any attempt to solicit sexual content from minors or to arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexualizes minors, including non-explicit content intended to sexualize children
Prevention and Detection
We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Age verification during account registration
- Automated content scanning using PhotoDNA and other detection technologies to identify known CSAM
- AI-powered content moderation to detect potentially harmful content
- Human review of flagged content by trained moderators
- User reporting mechanisms for suspicious content or behavior
- Regular audits of our detection and prevention systems
Reporting to Authorities
In compliance with federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), Swingular reports all apparent violations involving child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through their CyberTipline.
When we identify or receive a report of potential CSAM or CSAE, we:
- Immediately remove the content from our platform
- Preserve all relevant evidence as required by law
- Submit a report to NCMEC within 24 hours
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Permanently terminate the offending account
