Swingular is not acknowledging producer status under §2257 or attorning to producer-level obligations but recognizes the importance of transparency and accountability in maintaining lawful and ethical operations.

2. User-Generated Content and Exemption

All photos and videos appearing on Swingular are uploaded by third-party users who have confirmed that they are 18 years of age or older and that all individuals depicted are also over 18 at the time the material was created.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. §230(c), the operators of this website are not the primary producers of any user-submitted depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
