Good feedback. It looked like where the group was camping was not in a designated campsite, but more dispersed camping. Sounds like it would be fun and secluded enough for good times.

We got up and looked back at this thread today and we have to say we agree that this is a great group of people here. Man, with everyone expressing thier thoughts on this (Including our minority opinion) and not having a flame war or having things get personal is a very cool thing. We are impressed !!
We still will not touch the politics though!

As we were looking around at the various swingers clubs in Las Vegas before our trip, the Couples Oasis was one of the ones that we considered, but we felt that $80 ($35 for the activation fee and $45 for the party) was a bit steep for one night (with the other things that we had planned for the weekend, one night was all we set aside for going to a swingers club). Maybe next time we will try something different and go to the Couples Oasis.
On a side note, as we were conversing with some of the locals about the various clubs, we were told that the upstairs area at the Red Rooster is generally only open on Fridays and Saturdays, which is what they told us there too, so keep that in mind too.

At the risk of being "further" outside the "norm" for swingers. I think knowing a person you are planning or wanting to have sex with is critical, for a number of reasons that are important to me and my partner. They are health, psychological compatibility, physical compatibility and chemistry or attraction.
At least 2 of the above require some level of emotional attachment. At least in our case. We like the emotional attachment and feeling connected with the other couple. In fact meeting for just sex alone seems repulsive. Well, in most cases. LOL I doubt the above is poly; but I'm not sure what is, unless it is polyandry or polygamy.
