Note for Mobile App Users: Account deletion must be requested through the website or contact form. This cannot be done directly within the mobile application.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will:
- Verify your identity to protect your account security
- Process your request within 30 days
- Delete your profile, photos, messages, and other personal content
- Remove your account from our active databases
- Notify you when the deletion is complete
