What is up with Utah?! - Swingers in Utah and nowhere else? - I got a bit bored reading all the replies, plus it is pretty late at night, so I'm sorry if this has already been mentioned. From what I remember, the couple who started the site are from Utah. Since it started here more of the members are from here. I think it is one of those things where once you build up enough critical mass in an area it really starts to grow.
Too Young to be Taken Seriously? - - My husband and I are interesting in joining the lifestyle, starting slow. However I've noticed the majority of people here are older. We both are twenty, is this too young to be taken seriously in the lifestyle? Should we keep at it, or come back in 10-20 years. I do understand if people want their partners to be old enough to have an adult beverage with them. But perhaps it is the maturity level? Maturity level is different for everyone. There are twenty year olds who act years older than they are, and sixty year olds who act younger than we are. To each their own I guess. I'm not asking to have everyone be my friend right now. My thought,,, just another catchy title for a reality series,, not realistic necessarily,, had some good points, but looks like they are going to have some "DRAMA", ( Britanny & Mike?). So much like all the other shows,, reckon they think everyone will get all worked up in the conflict and anxiously await the next show.
Probably will watch another or two,, and hope to be wrong with the direction it seems to be headed already.

Help With Wife - Wife has fantasies but is super hesitant to experiment. - Meet N Greets. Nobody will be playing right there at the event, no automatic expectation that you're there to actually hook up, etc. Don't expect to NOT ever get approached by anyone, but the expectation that you're there to play, like there is at most house parties and many other swinger events, won't be the case at a Meet N Greet. You can meet and get to know people just like you would at any vanilla gathering, except that you'll know that the people you meet either are or have a desire to be in the lifestyle. As for that catch 22, don't worry about it. Yeah, hooking up with a vanilla friend or friends would likely have some impact on the friendship one way or another, likely not a good one. And it could even be dangerous, depending on how important it is to your life that people in general don't know you swing (assuming that you eventually do swing, that is). But your wife will find that ending up playing with people you've become friends with is pretty unlikely to ruin the friendship when those people are swingers.
