There are certainly some things to look at and make sure we won't have too many problems. I think there are a number of ways to get around any issues. What happens on a private residence is up to those who own the property. I think this is one of the reasons it would have to be a private club, members only. What consenting adults choose to do isn't illegal in a venue like a club any more than it is illegal in a private residence. The trick, as I understand it, is that the venue cannot be a public venue because then you run into public exposure and indecency laws. I could be wrong, and I would have to find someone who understands these kind of laws... the question is... who would actually know... lol.
You are correct, there will certainly be some challenges, but I think they can be worked through.
As for your idea of renting a house or something like that, I have thought about the same thing and it may be a good idea. Not a fix for what is needed in a club, but it is a start.

Our condolences. As for your problem with swinging is concerned, I think it is that you are single. Most people have a hard time getting couples to come if there are single males allowed. This is been our experience. We are from the Pacific Northwest too and The clubs like the Ace of Hearts in Portland have nights dedicated to single guys and the couples interested.
While I think "swinging" is open for anyone's involvement, the majority has always and will most likey always be couples. Most couples don't entertain single males. Those that do, should have the right to do so. However, the majority of us don't. While you maybe one of the exceptionally polite and respectful single males that are few and far between (in our experience), most people do not want to ruin their night being bombarded by single males and most will decline to come.
Have you ever thought of bringing a date to the party? You should know that most people like things even. Try bring a date. If you are trying to remount the horse in the swinging scene you are making a mistake. Try normal dating. Trying to change the way people think because your life suddenly changed and took a turn for the worse probably won't do any good. Whether people admit it or not, swinging is a couples thing. If you want to better your chances of success with swingers, you have to play the game. Bring a date. That's best way to put it.
Again our sympathy for your loss, good luck. We wish you the best. Perhaps you should put swinging on hold and seek a basic relationship first.... I dunno man.

Single guys and emails... - Answering all emails - except from single men who don't seem to read our profile - OK here's another post from another "Narwhal" (single male vs. "unicorn" single female) Valance I think you coined the moniker in another post and hope it sticks because it's comparative nature of desirability even with a 10 ft. pole. I really don't understand couples attempt for the exclussion of single males as not being"swingers" without also excluding the single females as swingers with statments like "stay out of the clubs, your not swingers"or" get a woman first" This is a lifestyle not an exclusive club and there are all types and interests. Another Swingers Show on TV - - did anyone catch this show?....we thought it was a decent representation of some of the issues that arise in the lifestyle.However,we did think it was humorous at times as a few of the couples seemed to be concerned with privacy in not letting family and friends know they are swingers (we dont either) but they are on TV in a swinger show..lol..it will be interesting to see how they progress in upcoming episodes.
Secret Swingers Club Ogden, UT - Clubs - Are single men welcome? I really just want to potentially date. Being in this lifestyle in northern utah as a single male is rough.
