Alex - New to the lifestyle looking for my first encounter into couples and single females - Utahldscouple / openmarriage -
My mistake. I read two different responses and mistakenly attributed them both to openmarriage! The other was "don’t understand how single guys can be swingers". My bad.
What's the universal swinger signal? - How can you spot a swinger?? - [quote=SOUTHERNFUN]FYI, If you see a man and woman grab their crotch and spit, they are probably redneck swingers
BUSTED! Your Kids Found Out Your Swingers. Now What? - - I would have to agree with TR, you arent poking your nose into their private life and they need to stay out of yours. Then again we havent been busted.

Interesting Last or Maiden Names - Names to remember people by - I knew a mechanic by the name of Dick Peters his wifes name was Sharon. They would have been great swingers...well her anyway. LOL
We have heard about it many times........... - Couples that are swingers - QUEENOFCRUNKXXX,
Your mistake was that you assumed that everyone was at the same level as you. That's not a stab, but an observation. One of the first mistakes we all make is assuming that because we are all "swingers", we are all seasoned veterans of the lifestyle and have ironed out all the wrinkles in our relationships as swingers.
It is unrealistic to expect everyone to be on the same page, all the time. I agree with you in that we should all strive to be open and communicate everything we can, to our significant other and the other couple, so that everyone knows where everyone stands with regard to swinger interaction. Does this always happen? No. My advice is don't be discouraged. All you can do is try again or move on.
Everyone is guilty of "DRAMA", including you and me, for that matter. More often than not, those that say "Drama Free" are those that are the biggest perpetrators and perpetuators of it. Just my opinion of course. Better luck next time.

Looking for Las Vegas fun - Looking for other swingers in Las Vegas - We are headed to Vegas Thursday and looking to meet some fun new friends!😊
Sexuality - Where does it come from? - - I, personally, don't think you can change your orientation, it is something that is developed in childhood, and you are not aware until you become an adolescent. I knew I was a bisexual in my teens, and even though I primarily was with women, I always had the desire to be with a man. That desire has never gone away.
Now, as an adult, I have learned that I can be with both a man and a woman, and be sexually satisfied. The sexual satisfaction is obviously different, but, it is very exciting. It is wonderful to be able to explore your sexuality freely, and bisexuals are very open-minded individuals.
Again, this is my opinion. I have lived a good sexual life, for the most part, and right now is the best time. I have a wonderful woman, who accepts me for who I am, and loves to see my bi side in action. We have met some wonderful swingers, and would not change anything.

What's the universal swinger signal? - How can you spot a swinger?? - With my ex, we 'recruited' a lot of people into the lifestyle.
We simply flirted and saw where it went.
If they're in the lifestyle, they'll know what is happening, if they're not but open, they'll figure it out pretty quickly, if they're not and not open to it, flirting with a couple isn't a good thing, they'll walk away.
Locally, there's a nudist resort, not all nudists are swingers and not all swingers are nudists, so to find out, simply talk, drop a hint, etc. that's all we did.
Feelings on Karma - spouses in a open relationship that break the rules, then will allow you to also - Are you serious?
If it sounds like a good topic for The Jerry Springer Show...
People like that are not good "swingers" for lack of a better term. They are foolishly wagering their relationships to be self indulgant (sp?). The Lifestyle is about TRUST. It is about HONESTY. and believe it or not, supreme COMMITTMENT. I dont even really see how your situation has anything to do with swinging. The rules were set. The rules were broken. It is simply CHEATING.
Anyone who would enter in to a committed relationship, whatever type it is, only to break the rules that you two have agreed on as a couple is selfish in my book. This means you had NO respect for your partner. NO respect for thier feelings. And absolutely NO respect for the relationship. So why bother!?
Cheating is NOT a tennis ball to be whacked back and forth between courts, or awarded as some kind of concellation prize to the victim when one is caught. I think that behavior is just sick.
But thats just my little tiny .02 cents.
