This lifestyle - What are we really? - What are we really? May seem like an easy question to answer or is it. Most might say "oh that easy we are swingers". Maybe you not a swinger at all maybe you polyamous. What the hell is polyamous?! Well polyamory is defined as having more then one love. Isn't that the same as saying friends with benefits. Well yes it is. True swinging is having sex just for the sake of having sex. No talking ...no getting to know each other...not caring one iota about the other person. Basically have sex and if the other person dies on the way home ...who give gives a shit! Not us...not at all. To me this lifestyle is a scale ....true swinger on the one side and true polyamory on the other...We are closer to the poly side as opposed to the true swinger side. WHat is so wonderful about that side is we can have fun with other people even if no actual sex occurs. Sometimes its nice to just be able to go out with like minded folks. Since the thread has been joined by so many other now (AND I THANK YOU GUYS FOR STEPPING UP AND SHARING!) several differing points of view have emerged. Some \"vanilla\" or traditional people attempt to convince their mates to swing (MALE OR FEMALE) and for whatever eason that partner says NO. That person can not accept this answer for whatever reason, and decides it is worth risking everything they hold dear to swing. We have explored that. You are trying to justify your hate, by reading what you want. So if you need to justify your hate of pit bulls, with the CDC stats, would you also do the same against, blacks (drug dealers), whites (serial killers), asians(little dicks), native americans(drunks)? I don't buy it. It just stereotyping pure and simple. TR, I was trying to make a point that people use the raw statistics to justify their point. Seeing as I had a Pit Bull and now an Am Staff, and play with them all the time, I don't think you can say I hate them. And NO. I don't believe the CDC either. At least not till they can prove to me that WITHOUT human influence, the Pit Bulls tend to be more dangerous. Yes, it is stereotyping. As I said, it has some basis in the fact that there are a few that people have run into. However, when looked on as a whole, it might not show the same light.

Following that it was definatly a one time only (not our intention, but we were lied too) and the verdict is still out on the 4th.
