I know a little about Port Charlotte, my mother moved there back in the 90's. It began as a retirement community in the 60's and it's still not an incorporated city. It's just a name of a general location in Charlotte County. The most exciting thing to ever hit Port Charlotte was Hurricane Charley in 2004.
My mother moved there when she was 65 but moved a year later because she said it was boring as hell with nothing but a bunch of old people.

We were really hoping to go but Father's Day activities for an elderly father whose health isn't good looks like they will prevent us from attending. I think the color chart is great... all you have to do is remember what your color is about and then when you run into someone that has a band on and you don't know what the color stands for you will be impaled to actually go up to that person and ask them what it stands for...[size=200] [color=#56121d"]this is what is called a great conversation starter...[/color][/size] this is what we are trying to get across to people.. you don't need to remember all the colors just the number that is on the bracelet...
