When age matters.... - - We started playing in our mid twenties and have always had chemistry test rather than an age test. Now that we are in the more "experienced" group of swingers we still use the same chemistry test. We have also noticed that, with a few exceptions, most people we meet at house parties are pretty much the same. Of course the "exceptional" people usually do us the courtesy of laying their biases out on the table right up front. Bob

Butterfinger commercial - Was that a swinger add? - Absolutely thought it was a swingers ad.

The People of Whoville are Swingers! - Adult Humor In Movies - We are slow and aren’t seeing it!

Just curious are we the only ones? - Just curious are we the only ones? -
We have ran into people at clubs not knowing and at the grocery stores. The male half isn't afraid of chatting with people he finds attractive and have met a lot of people just by striking up conversations. But we see people at parks or driving and think wow they are attractive, I wonder??
The question is... "do you feel lucky"? Based on data I've collected from hosting events, and from building the Swingular mobile app (BlackRingMobile.com), I can tell you that Swingular has roughly 500 couples who are active in the lifestyle at any given time (and trust me, anyone who's actively swinging has an account here). Some studies indicate that as much as 4% of married adults are non-monogamous. That doesn't mean they swing, it simply means they have (at some point in their marriage) agreed that it would be okay to have sex outside of their marriage on at least one occasion. This number seems pretty high to me, especially in Utah. (Bordering on ridiculous, actually). So somewhere between these two numbers is the truth... 500 couples in Utah have a Swingular account, and by some (very liberal) estimations, as many as 35,000 couples in Utah are non-monogamous. Let's assume, for the sake of argument, that there are 3,000 couples in Utah who are actively interested in swinging. (Again, I have SERIOUS doubts that the number is that high, based on data I've collected from Swingular... but let's roll with it)... There are 886,000 couples in Utah, which means there's a 0.33% chance (1 in 300) that the couple you're looking at are swingers. However, if the number of ACTIVE swinging couples in Utah is closer to 1,000 (far more likely), the odds go down to 0.11% (1 in 1,000). This is probably a more realistic picture of your odds when you try to pick up a random couple in the wild. 1 in a thousand isn't out of the question..... but unless you're prepared to be very blunt, it's probably not worth wasting your time on, either. Just my two cents. =)

seniors - why is it so difficult to find senior swingers or single ladies? - Have your back on that response THOUGHTGARDEN! K&N

Swingular Changing name to: - I think Swingular should change it's name to "Hateular" - We have seen some of the more negative posts. We have also made the mistake of stating our position on a subject and had some folks come down on us. It is nice to see that most of the folks on Swingular take exception to that behavior. As for single guys ......... Right time, right place, from time to time ........ we enjoy the company of a polite single male. Unless they whine about being a single male on a swingers site designed primarily for couples. It is simply a social expression of an economic law -- Supply and Demand. Within swinging the supply of single males far exceeds the demand. Thus their value within the world of swinging is greatly deminished. It is not my intention to demean any single male as an individual. As individuals each has their own worth. It is just that we are in the "business" of swinging here and business is business.

Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - 2011 Victory Red... Don't Touch or Don't Ouch...[em]Emo_25[/em]

Disneyland swingers - - Damn we are always a week late for some fun. Anyone else going?

Log in Issue - I am not a robot - Yeah, if I didn't think it was ALL about Swingular trying to block any apps that they don't own I wouldn't worry about it that much (or whine apparently). But it's laughable that anyone would seriously think they're doing it to protect security on the site...at least as far as preventing hordes of unscrupulous spammers and/or Russian identity thieves from taking advantage of swingers. It wasn't all that long ago that you could Google your screen name and get directly into the site. But as long as I'm whining I'd LOVE it if Swingular would, like most other MODERN internet sites, block people from sending identical spammed e-mails to multiple members. It's not that hard to do. I know that might harsh the buzz of a few single dudes who are just too darned busy to personalize an e-mail to a specific couple and find the shotgun approach a far simpler way to get their brand out there (or at least shoot for a sexual ROI of 1% or so). At very least it would be cool if Swingular would (like a paid fitness site I'm on) have a little counter at the bottom of the page that tells me how many other members received an identical e-mail from the same person writing me. Of course other sites just save me the trouble and automatically send spammed e-mails directly to a separate spam folder. [em]Emo_96[/em]

Black Ring - Who has theirs and how have they caught on? - We both have black rings and have worn them in public and to places like Habits, etc.. And we've done this off and on for well over 10 years (when we first became aware of what seems to be more or less a swinging urban legend). To date we have NEVER been approached by another couple and asked if we were swingers or anything close to it. Maybe we're just fugly and nobody wants to fuck us but the whole black ring thing is a big FAIL IMHO. Even if it ever did catch on it probably wouldn't take more than a few days to a few weeks for it to get out on social media, etc., and everyone would be looking for swingers with black rings in public (not unlike times we've gone to takeovers and had to wear wrist bands and it quickly got out to hotel staff, other guests, etc. that people wearing wrist bands were there for a swinger event). Most people (not all) involved in swinging really don't want their vanilla friends, family or coworkers...or even strangers to know they're swingers. Most vanillas pretty much classify swingers as worse people than Ashley Madison cheaters and used car salesmen. Much easier in our opinion to "meet" people at dedicated meet and greets or parties or here and other places online than to hope for serendipitous encounters out in public.
