Swinging ,Or cheating? - - Swinging is having sex with people who are not your legal spouses. By definition, having sex with someone who is not your legal spouse is cheating. Yes, I completely agree that EVERYONE should know what is going on. I completely DISAGREE that those who play without their spouse\'s participation are automatically defiend as cheaters. I cannot speak for anyone else, but the fact remains, I don\'t do a thing without my spouse knowing about it. That includes participation in video chat (which she comes to very frequently, just ask anyone who is a regular), e-mailing or chatting with others, meeting, hanging out, or even adult play. If people bothered to get to know me, they would know that. But they knee-jerk and completely eliminate great people like me from their lives, just because they didn\'t bother to look before their leap to label. If they want to shut me out because I am married and my wife doesn\'t participate, they should go ahead and exercise their right to do so. It doesn\'t bother me a bit. They are perfectly entitled to do so, and I applaud them for that choice. But they are not allowed to jump to the conclusion that I am \"cheating\" because she doesn\'t play. That\'s grade-school-playground namecalling, slanderous, and beyond immature. If you don\'t know the circumstances, then you don\'t have the right to go around labeling everyone else. Whoever you are.

Most of us older swingers wish we had the open minds, you do, when we were your age. There are plenty of people that you can connect with both old and young, that don't pay attention to the age thing. With respect to being close friends, you will have factors like experience and maturity factors that come into play. You're at a different stage in your life than older people and more often than not, this can limit your interaction and ability to identify. That being said, you should keep going. If someone's too old (in their mind), to hump ya, then they're just plain ole too old. hahaha ;) Good luck and have fun. D

Other activities? - Do you only meet swingers for sex? - No it is not just for sex although that is a really fun part of it. Some of the things we have done with couples that we swing with inlude, going out to dinner, go to a movie together, go to a play, go to a concert, go shoot some pool toether, go bowling, invite them up to our cabin for the weekend (yes we have had couples come spend an entire weekend at the cabin and not play even though we had before and since). We like to go hiking together, fix a fun dinner in at our place in town or at the cabin and enjoy. Other things have included some plane old fashioned helping out stuff like working equipment or building something. Lots of things we like besides fun and frolic in the bedroom, but we like that too.
