What is is with local couples? - Anyone else seem to have the problem with couples local to where you live NOT wanting to meet? - I think people who do not reply are simlarly afraid about pictures. THey are afraid that locals will recognize them. We are in a very small town where we have been asked upon returning from a social at 3 or 4 in the morning what was wrong.... Then it goes thru the 2 closest neighbors to the south living east and west of each other. Then it jumps west several houses and then North across the street and back east again. Within one day. 7 families now know that we got in at 4am and there is speculation as to why. The neighbor across the street, as I picked up my mail one afternoon, at the bottom of my driveway, starts telling me about a couple, that I do not know from the other side of town, about them fighting and how they poor mouth and then they were eating steak...... Do I care ... why should I, but in this town everyone knows everyone elses business.... But regardless of the size of the town people are afraid that someone will find out....<shishhhhhh> <don't let anyone here> that they are swingers and God will curse them.... You know what they say about small towns and Baptist.... They see everything, hear everything that happens and tell everyone about everything ...EXCEPT that they recognize no one in the liquor store.. or local whore house.

New to this all - - Single guys don't exactly have an easy time of it in the swinging world. It's made up mostly of couples with the occasional Unicorn (single female), and many couples have a "we're trading, but you're not providing the female part of the trade" attitude, which goes all the way back to when what is now called swinging was called wife swapping. And the vast majority of couples who are interested in inviting a single person to play with them are looking for a female, not a male. There just aren't very many people looking for a single male, and there are tons of single guys looking to be involved. So the numbers are against you. Besides that, it's hard for a single male to meet people. They're allowed to attend only a very, very few parties and/or events unless they have a female with them. Even the male half of a known swinging couple often isn't welcome if the female half isn't with him. He may be in a couple, but without the woman he's just another single guy. Your best chance at someone being interested in you is online at a site like this. But, again, there are gazillions more single males than there are people looking for them, so the competition is pretty tough. To be a "winner", you usually need to be relatively young, pretty good looking, and fairly fit. Unlike in the outside world, what the guy looks like is more important than what the girl looks like. So if you want to generate any interest, you have to post pics. And while nudes are a good idea if you have the body for it, straight dick pics are not, unless it's 10 inches long or something. And even then it might be a turn off more than a turn on for lots of people. If you don't have any pics of yourself posted, those difficult odds you face morph into impossible odds. If you do manage to attend any parties or events, chill. Don't be aggressive. Single males have a rep for assuming that any woman at a swinger's function wants to jump into the sack with them. From what I've seen, most single males aren't really like that, but enough are that single guys get labelled as a group, so the best way to behave is as if the woman you're talking to is someone you just met at some "normal" party. The only real difference between a swinging woman and a "normal" woman, whether she's single or in a couple, is that she doesn't think that it's necessary to be in some kind of a relationship with someone in order to have sex. Female swingers are just as selective as women in general, and while her presence at a swinging party does mean she's interested in sex, she might not be interested right then, or she might not be interested in you. And a good way to turn that interest off if it's there is to act like it's a given that she wants you. The most important thing to remember is that it's always up to the woman. How did you meet your mate? - - Chrissy and I first "met" in a Yahoo chatroom that we were both members of. We were both with others at the time, but, that soon changed. We first actually met at a Meet & Greet in Scranton, PA in August 2004. She had her boyfriend, and I was there with someone, but, I was instantly attracted to her. I then hosted a Meet & Greet in Bensalem (Philadelphia), PA in October 2004. We had about 50 people attend, and Chrissy was there alone, and so was I. We went to a diner for breakfast after the M&G, and got chatty. After the party, we contacted one another daily thru IM, and that Thursday, we agreed to a date. I drove from Newark, NJ to Philadelphia to take her to a local bar, where there was Karaoke. She is an awesome singer! We stayed at the bar until closing, shared some intimate moments, and I took her home. I drove 70 miles back home, arriving at 4 a.m. I slept one hour, and went to work. After work that Friday, I again drove down to her in Philly, and brought her back to Easton, PA, where I lived, and we attended a M&G in Allentown that Saturday. We let the group know we were a couple, and the rest is history. We have been together since, and Chrissy moved in with me in January 2005. We now reside in Northeast Philadelphia since February, and marriage is on the horizon! We are no longer active in that chatroom, but, we still go to M&G's, although now they are thru sites like this! We are very happy together, and we love the swinging lifestyle. We were both swingers prior to getting together, and now, it is the most awesome enhancement to our already stimulating sex life! Wishbones - - I think this is a great idea! We once went to a local bar for a gathering of swingers (not a swingers bar), but didn't know the regular couples from the swingers and spent all night not approaching anyone and not being approached. (more than likely because they didn't know we were swingers). I could see this working, but the problem is we need to spread the word! Also, where do we get one of these? Besides going to Myrtle Beach! (internet site mabye?)

Guess what, for the past 17 years I've been paying taxes too. Just because our pay comes out of taxes doesn't make u my boss. Teachers, Soldiers, Sailors, Police, Firemen, EMT's. We all pay taxes. And too bad to say, Police, Soldiers, Sailors, EMT's, and Marines don't have a choice on who we protect or save. Memorial day is to remind the public to remember those that fell in the line of duty. Those that gave the greatest sacrafice for this country. It doesn't matter what war, or the reason. They served this country and lost their life doing it. It shows in all the military's core values. Honor is always first. So honor the fallen, don't disgrace them.
