Single Guy Rant - Probably not for everybody - So I'm thinking, how bad must I look at 51?!? And another thing, how could I possibly meet someone out of the lifestyle whom I may introduce to swinging? I have found that the biggest issue with non-swingers is sex. Sorry you seem to be having problems but sometimes things just go with the territory. There may be a few times where someone may send a mail before completely reading a profile. We don't do it often but have had it happen a time or two and we are pretty sure we aren't the only ones who have made that mistake at least once.
Secondly, while your profile does state what you are looking for, please try and remember what type of site this is. While not completely uncommon, it is rare to find a couple "just looking to be social friends". Usually there is a desire to at least have some sort of "soft swing" , " girl on girl" etc.......
We don't see anything wrong with your reply to the other couple, there are times when a reply can lead to offense taken by the other couple no matter how well worded it may have been. No need to worry always, as it is impossible to please everyone everytime : ) Just do your best to be polite.

hotel party advice - - I've never been to a hotel party for the purpose of meeting swingers/possible swinging. Has any one else been? We've been invited next weekend and I'd like to know what to expect. I'm already discussing it with the Mr since he seems to be a little more forward than I. Higher expectations or requirements?. Nope. Came into this lifestyle just to have fun and that's all I still expect. Age - New to the swingers community - is age a factor in how a couple is viewed? - I have been swinging since the days it was called wife swapping. I am not interested in those under mid 30's and perfer to stay under age 55 as my preference. I like to be able to converse with those I play with 1 on 1, and the younger crowd leaves me with little to talk about. Also having a son in that age range makes it awkward for me.
