Does anyone even read the botty call list ?? - booty call - I read it every couple days, but alas there are no posts from anyone in the Los Angeles area. I posted there and got zero response, so I wonder if there are any living swingers in Los Angeles. Even when I search who is online I get listings from New Jersey, CT, ME all coming up as 14 to 18 miles from me in Los Angeles but when I write I get told they are across the country from me, so either my profile is messed in the database or the search doesn't work right. Does this happen to any other women? - General Discussion - This is sort of a venting as well as a general question. A bit personal, I know...however judging by other forums, I think it will be acceptable. I just want to know how other swingers perceive it and/or deal with it.
For some strange reason it seems that whenever we make plans to go out to a swinger's club for a special party, or a really good swinger's house party...Aunt Flo shows up uninvited. I have had her show up FIVE days early and/or three or four days late just to ruin a potential good time. I don't know if it's because I'm worried about her coming subconsciously or it's just bad luck but it's quite frustrating :( Please tell me that others out there have this same experience as often as I do and that I'm not alone.
Now I don't know about others in the lifestyle, but I have had many discussions with male friends and boyfriends in my life who won't come near a woman on their dot, they are repulsed by it. This way of thinking passed on to me so I wouldn't even consider trying to initiate anything sexual until Auntie packed her bags and left for the remainder of the month. I find myself very lucky to be with a man who doesn't mind it because it's "natural for a woman" and he has taught me to become quite comfortable with sexy time with him while Auntie is visiting. This is great because I tend to get quite aroused when Auntie is visiting.

Swinging and being In Christ just will not fit with our back ground and how we were taught. We both really wish we could let that go, but we can't as it's too ingrained. Despite the fact that we now know we were taught man twisted lies and distortions of scripture, the whole thing has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we could not even attend more "moderate" churches with out the wounds being opened.
What mostly wanted to say is this is our expeirence and we didn't mean to offend any one. It's just how we feel.
