Having been in the lifestyle for a while now, here’s some experiences we’ve had.
Parties with unrestricted access to single males: we attended a party with a ratio of 10 men to each woman, that was not a gang-bang. And only 3-4 of the women were willing to play (Mrs being one of them). It was not as fun and lots of people decided to leave after an hour or so.
Parties with screened single men. These are usually better. These guys usually understand the expectations and are respectful. That being said some “coupled” men have gotten overly aggressive and have been asked to leave. Still these are generally much better, with folks much more relaxed and having a great time. The ladies feel more free to do as they like without feeling like they’ll be swarmed by dicks like they’re in a bukkake film.
Clubs with lots of single men. First, when we arrived there were LOTS of men waiting to get in. Then when we got in, lots of dudes were all over Mrs. She does like the attention, but can get overwhelmed. When she did select a nice, respectful guy to take for some fun, we went to a play room and got undressed, then he let in 3 more dudes. Presumably he had an agreement to let his buddies in, and had not asked Mrs. if that would be okay. We told them to get out, all of them. Had to get staff to assist and escort them out. Never went back. And we’ve been cautious about venues with lots of loose dicks ever since.
So it’s not usually anything about any single man in particular, but experience has shown us, and many in the lifestyle, that having lots of loose dicks about can at best put a damper on a party, and at worst generate lots of drama. And this is why we don’t attend events with lots of single men and very few of any other demographic.
How Do you Find Out - Question about Friends - For the most part, DON'T ASK... There are WAY more NON-SWINGERS in the country than swingers, so your chances of your friends being swingers is slim. There are a few things that will point to swinging. Check her closet. If there is allot of club wear the chances are better. Ask about their vacations. If they mention a place like HEDO they are pretty much swingers.. If there is a couple you would like to play with you can create a fun night and when things feel right, ask if they have ever thought about swinging... Vegas News report on swing clubs/house parties - Must be an election year - Tonight here in Vegas, KVBC did a report about swingers clubs here in Vegas. They snuck in hidden camera and recorded shots of the inside of one of the houses. There are about 4 different 'homes' that hold parties on weekends. These homes are quite large, well over 2500 sq/ft. Each has their own process for gaining admission and different fees. But they are held as private house parties not clubs and the fees are kept to a minumum to just cover operating cost not for profit.
They did not mention the businesses here in town that operate for profit.
It doesnt help that the prime one they hit with this report is about two blocks from the main Mormon church here in town. Here is a link to the report.

Combining Lifestyle & Non-Lifestyle Friends - - Ah, good topic AC! We're happy to have met many people here that we now consider good close friends that we don't have to hide from when we see them at the mall while we're out with our kids. LoL! It's nice to find those who can be vanilla because our whole life isn't about swinging. So, yes, we have had success in blending swingers into our vanilla lifestyle and we hope to find more:)

The format was superior to AFF as it was a one time fee and the quality of members was and still is far superior. Had it not been for that party we wouldn't know about this site. Now if you are looking to grow the site so that you have more $$ I think the best way is by search engine.
Here is why I suggest that. Back in 2001 when I did my looking it was all by the internet. I found AFF and made a profile and away we went. At that time I didn't know any swingers... and all the swingers I do know are already here. So really I wouldn't have anyone to bring to this site. I think your new customers will come from hosted parties and events.... Internet search (you have little presence there) and then friend referrals.
Now if you just want the base to grow and keep it quality then the word of mouth friend referral is the only way. Just my .02 Euro.
Where are the Midwest Swingers? - - Actually, I gather that since this site administrator is from Utah, well, it goes without saying that it would be more 'focused' on that particular region, and more popular--if we DID live in Utah, this site would provide us with the time of our lives, hehehe! However, we are from Des Moines, Iowa, where Swingular has very very little impact....the [b]dominant[/b] site in the Midwest would be (and by a huge margin) Swing Village. It is based in central Iowa and the membership primarily spans IA, MN, NE, MO, IL, SD and KS. There are a few outside of this area, but not many.....
Daybreak - Is the Daybreak area a hot spot for people in the LS? - There used to be a really fun Daybreak Swingers group on Facebook. I've tried to get back in touch with them, but everyone disappeared lol.
