I think we swingers have no right to make moral judgments. After all, we are not following what the majority of our society deems morally sound. I do not agree with cheating either, but who am I to judge. All of you may not agree with me. Polyamory - polyanorous couples. - We have been in a Poly relationship with another couple for 2 years. There have been lots of great times and some rough times we have had to work through. It takes a completely stable marriage for the spouses and tons of open and honest communication from everyone involved. Both marriages are going on 20 yrs+ Every poly situation is different. Some have very strict rules, however we chose not to have rules. We just have mutual respect for one anothers marriages and each individual relationship between the four of us. If it ended today, I would have no regrets what so ever. Our lives have been enriched beyond belief and our marriages are stronger and happier than ever. I have learned so much about love, relationships, communication, and myself during these last couple of years and I wouldn't change a thing. We started out as Swingers and still have Swinger friends, but we are emotionally and sexually faithful to our partners. Five years ago, I could never fathom loving anyone else besides my husband. The other couple's kids are grown and we still have 2 at home. We will not tell our children the extent of our relationship with our couple until they are out of High School. Some Poly people blend homes and families. We chose not to do that, but do not judge those who do. Poly relationships are very challenging to say the least. It can be wonderful as well. Why so much hate in the swingers world... - - We single men are viewed as simply looking to get laid rather than to enhance our experience with a spouse or partner. Further, often single men get possessive or overbearing attempting to get sex from someone's partner without both people knowing about. This leads to hostility and rejection.
In most cases, this author believes we single men get this reputation because it is deserved. I don't think it is hate that is the problem. It is simply people not wanting to risk the the above mentioned outcomes.
In Utah there seems to be lots of young single guys on the site. My question is, "why can't they find someone in town to be with?" This site is NOT about single men getting laid. It is really for excitement between partners. If all a guy wants is to get laid, he should go to the local bar. Otherwise on here, he is fooling himself. This is not a market for single men at all. Once in a while some single guy gets lucky, like hitting the lotto, but it is not a regular experience for most men.

Question - do you talk about other swingers? - We never use names just describe situations to illustrate what type of things we do. The only time I could imagine using names is if you went to house party and all concerned know you were all there. Then would use general terms of what mutual experiences we had at the party but no specifics we may have done with the people on a one on one basis. Discretion is paramount.
Who in the relationship initiated the idea of joining the lifest - And why? - I lost my virginity to my hubby, and had no other partners Before we married. We were fortunately able to befriend an older (25's) couple in college who were swingers. When I started having all the usual "what am I missing" emotions, he suggested that we pursue the lifestyle.
