It clearly states:

Yes, LRMKRVO, I did read it - and I fully DO understand it.
Since you seem to think your reading comprehension skills are vastly superior to mine, please point out to me where the above ALLOWS participation by someone who is not MARRIED, and not IN A COMMITTED, STEADY RELATIONSHIP, who engages in consensual sexual activities with other individuals WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE OTHER SPOUSE OR PARTNER.
Sure, I could very easily have taken the survey and pretended I was the male side of just such a relationship, as is described in the criteria for taking the survey.
But I'm NOT.
And THAT is quite simply what I'm trying to point out to everyone.
IF you read the instructions, it's CLEAR that only those in a committed relationship are welcome to participate - thus eliminating non-committed SINGLES of either sex from participation.
WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR EVERYONE TO COMPREHEND THAT?
And as for question # whatever, I have NO clue what any of the questions are because I did NOT take the survey.
I wasn't invited to take it - I am expressly eliminated from eligibility to take it.

The wife and I often do Cancun for fun adult vacations however, due to Covid , we have to stay state-side this year. We are debating between Sea Mountain Inn in Palm Springs or One Love Nude Resort in Vegas. We have never been to either. Any thoughts or suggestions?? At what point do you out yourselves to family and friends?? - - More people know than you think. Birds of a Feather - Finding couples that share similar interests - Don, I'm with you on this issue except I've always wondered why, at parties and in hotel rooms and hospitality suites at swingers social events why one hears; "OH God" comming from so many people. Any advice? - Recent birthday brings changes..... - So...having just recently turned 93 years of age, I have a few questions.
1. I enjoy the meet and greets but thinking it is going to be more and more difficult to find a "parking" spot for my walker when I'm out "break" dancing.
2. Are swingers really kind enough to help me up off the dance floor after I "break" something, and get tired of "peeking up skirts?"
3. What are the chances of a pretty girl actually getting close enough to me to allow such a peek?
