Boise swingers? - Any out there? - Try "Swing LifeStyle" (SLS). Since we are closer to Boise than where most Swingular folks seem to reside (Utah), we thought we'd give it a try. Why do they run? - Why do most couples run when you suggest a real full swap? - We would not go for that. And a couple with whom we play did that for awhile and it damned near wrecked their marriage. Here's something Ive been curious about - - It seems like the lifestyle is no less judgmental than the vanilla crowd. Honestly we aren't here so we can wear the cool lifestyle team jacket nor get our super-secret swinger decoder ring (drink more Ovaltine and use a condom). It's kind of funny that the same group of people who get all bent out of shape at the vanilla community for labeling and judging us turn around and do it from within. If I missed some federal definition of the term swinger than perhaps I'm wrong, otherwise why waste a moment of time passing judgment on who gets deemed worthy of the sacred title? I would have to say the definition of a swinger is someone who says "hey, I'm a swinger!" Be honest, how many swinger couples do you know that never play? They may go to meet and greets, maybe even house parties, but seldom if ever play. Are they swingers? Is there some monthly quota we need to meet to maintain our swinger status? I'm being over the top to make a point. I think of the lifestyle crowd as an enlightened group that realizes sex is amazing and variety is amazing and sex with variety is TOTALLY AWESOME! We forgo the silly social rules and regulations because we understand how much they confine society into little boxes of good and bad, right and wrong; and most of that is subjective moral hogwash. It's kind of discouraging to see members of a community that should be supporting one another pass judgment as to who is and who isn't. Being a swinger is a state of mind baby. Swingers unnerve families at hotel - - Ummm 75 couples times 2 = 150 people and while thats not alot for a hotel party it still falls within the accurate statement of aproximately 200
I was there so this is how I saw the situatiuon;
now I am not saying that the cuprits of this incident were the swingers attending the party but come on, your hosts should have made sure that no part of your party was visible to outside guests and some better discression could have been used by SOME of the party goers. Yes there was some flashing and gyrating here and there. And while I love a good party I am also a dad and wouldnt want my kids seeing that stuff either. Do any of you realize that if even one arrest was made swingers everywhere would look bad?. On the other hand the parents should have exercised better control over the children in their charge and the hotel should have either a refused the party or not booked the soccor team (the situation there to me was like having booked a klan rally and a black panthers reunion. not a good idea).
PS according to a reporter friend of mine WKMG has procured from the hotel a copy of the security tapes of the events that went on in the ballroom and around the hotel that night with the possiblity of doing a story on the night as part of an expose (i know its allready been done to death) on swinging in central florida.
