Has swinging changed? - - I've been trying to quantify the changes we're seeing but it's a little hard to pin down. For one thing, there seem to be quite a few people sticking their heads in and quickly retreating. Perhaps it's the ease of entry that allows "lookie Lous" to sort of check things out without really risking actually MEETING someone. LOL Another thing we've noticed is that there seem to be more people treating swinging as simply another way to hook up for NSA sex. I mean I know at it's core that's what swinging is but it's almost become a wham, bam, thank you ma'am culture rather than the sensuality of sharing your body with a caring generous lover. Foreplay almost seems to have become perfunctory (if it happens at all) and there's more of a "down and dirty by nine thirty" attitude than there used to be. Many people just seem to be in such a hurry to fuck that they don't really want to take any time to get to know each other a little first. Maybe I'm seeing things but it just seems like it's changed a lot since we started swinging. HELP!!! - Need help settling a disagreement between me and the hubby. - I would again say, "That depends." We rarely hook up at parties either but it's because at this point in our swinging career we no longer feel the need/desire to fuck just to say we fucked. Every now and then a post will pop up on here talking about meeting a couple outside the lifestyle and wanting to ask "Are you swingers?"
Last year my family and I moved up to Spokane Washington and once we got settled in got to know our neighbors. Turned out the couple next door was near our age and had a daughter close to our sons age, so instant parental friendship since our little ones hit it off.
After a while of getting to know them we became better friends and that question started to kind of creep up in my mind. One sunday looking through a swinger website I happend across a couple who lived in our town, about our age similar intrests and they looked vaguely fimiliar. it wasn't till I got further into their photo albums that I recognized the tattoo on the male half of our neighbors upper arm.
I started laughing and called out to my wife "you'll never believe this!" I kept laughing and told her "I knew there was another reason we got along so well."
Turned out that we weren't what they normally look for in fuck buddies but the friendship we had built up more then made up for the differences. So its been a year and occassionally we still get together for fun time. Its nice to be able to go over to each others houses on the premise of a sleep over and just wait for the little ones to tire themselves out. Then tire ourselves out.

Going on a Cruise - Not sure what to expect - Post your cruise date and ship to see if you match dates with other like minded peeps. Where your black rings and maybe throw an inside down pineapple shirt in your luggage. But mostly if you go to the bars swingers give off a certain vibe and if you feel that initiate a conversation. We have been on numerous all inclusive vacations and have found other like minded people. Happy hunting
