Since you seem to think your reading comprehension skills are vastly superior to mine, please point out to me where the above ALLOWS participation by someone who is not MARRIED, and not IN A COMMITTED, STEADY RELATIONSHIP, who engages in consensual sexual activities with other individuals WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE OTHER SPOUSE OR PARTNER.
Sure, I could very easily have taken the survey and pretended I was the male side of just such a relationship, as is described in the criteria for taking the survey.
But I'm NOT.
And THAT is quite simply what I'm trying to point out to everyone.
IF you read the instructions, it's CLEAR that only those in a committed relationship are welcome to participate - thus eliminating non-committed SINGLES of either sex from participation.
WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR EVERYONE TO COMPREHEND THAT?
And as for question # whatever, I have NO clue what any of the questions are because I did NOT take the survey.
I wasn't invited to take it - I am expressly eliminated from eligibility to take it.
If you walk up to a door, and a sign on the door says DO NOT OPEN THIS DOOR, how would you know what's inside?
The instructions clearly state that I - as a single - am not welcome to open the door, so how am I to know what the questions inside are?

swingers parties - - Okay, I was teasing you earlier, but it is very difficult for the single males to infiltrate the swinger's clubs here. You can join the playpalace in Fort Myers and you can go to the meet & greets at the club, but not allowed to the after parties without a single female or couple. They have a website, you can check it out, theres also theotheroz in Cape Coral (not sure what Tina's policy on single males is there these days) The local meet & greet group in Port Charlotte doesn't allow single males at all, sorry, hang in there!
Safe Sex - How do you (or don't you) protect yourselves? - We now have the rule that we always use condoms. And we are still shopping around for the best ones that work for hubby. He would prefer not having to use them but not enough that he is going to stop. (Side Note: red condoms can have a BAD visual connotation for some guys)
I admit that when we started out we didn\'t use them the first couple of times we played. We then discovered that the first couple we played with doesn\'t use them at all. They had some of the same arguments I\'ve seen posted here. The fact that STD\'s can be transmitted via oral sex, condoms don\'t feel right, etc. I can see those points. But then we found out that they don\'t get tested at all and he picks up random chicks while traveling (with wife\'s knowledge and permision) I think that is the point that makes me the most uncomfortable. Most of the swingers we have met so far are very aware of STD\'s and take some precautions such as getting tested, condoms, etc. But I have seen the statistics on STD\'s in single sexually active people and it\'s like 1 in 4 and most don\'t know they are infected. So he is playing russian roulette in my opinion. We didn\'t know all this before we played with them.
So I guess the moral of the story is to talk with potential partners and ask questions!! For us newbies, it may be awkward and feel like you are being crass, nosy, or killing the spark, but the other couple should be willing to at least discuss it or maybe they aren\'t right for you!!

Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - We have a 1999 Chrysler LHS, A 2001 Ford Focus and our newest edition. A newer classic car and its a 1989 Toyota MR2 Phoenix. Bought it in almost perfect condition. We just started restoring it a bit though most of it is original to the car. We have put some fun details to it indeed. Now that you're one of them there fancy swingers... - - I play as a single male (although sometimes I bring a vanilla swirl along to an event or something) but I've always had good experiences with people I meet up with. I have also had nothing but good experiences at parties, so I guess I'm pretty lucky that way. For me, the lifestyle hasn't exactly turned me into a sex snob or anything like that, but I have gotten used to the open attitudes. It has become much harder (and not in the good way) to play with vanilla females who don't have those same attitudes. Not in the sense of I'm coming on too strong or pushing boundaries harder, but just that "normal" attitudes towards sex and sexual exploration in the LS are different than those in the single scene.
