We were really hoping to go but Father's Day activities for an elderly father whose health isn't good looks like they will prevent us from attending. Does this happen to any other women? - General Discussion - This is sort of a venting as well as a general question. A bit personal, I know...however judging by other forums, I think it will be acceptable. I just want to know how other swingers perceive it and/or deal with it.
For some strange reason it seems that whenever we make plans to go out to a swinger's club for a special party, or a really good swinger's house party...Aunt Flo shows up uninvited. I have had her show up FIVE days early and/or three or four days late just to ruin a potential good time. I don't know if it's because I'm worried about her coming subconsciously or it's just bad luck but it's quite frustrating :( Please tell me that others out there have this same experience as often as I do and that I'm not alone.
Now I don't know about others in the lifestyle, but I have had many discussions with male friends and boyfriends in my life who won't come near a woman on their dot, they are repulsed by it. This way of thinking passed on to me so I wouldn't even consider trying to initiate anything sexual until Auntie packed her bags and left for the remainder of the month. I find myself very lucky to be with a man who doesn't mind it because it's "natural for a woman" and he has taught me to become quite comfortable with sexy time with him while Auntie is visiting. This is great because I tend to get quite aroused when Auntie is visiting.
We were discussing it the other day and he mentioned that there are bound to be other swingers out there that don't mind playing with a woman on her dot. I wonder how true that is so I figured I would put it out there for everyone else to respond.
Christain Swingers? - - We have to say from our church background and understanding of scripture (and we were both unpaid ministry when we married...how things change lol!) that the answer is a big NO. Now we do not practice our faith at all and have totally fallen out due to some other reasons that we don't really want to get into.
Not trying to start a flame war or change anyone else mind, if you still have faith, more power to you!:D This is just our personal understanding of the Bible, for us being a Christain Swinger is the same as a Jewish Nazi, it's just not going to work. Yeah. What can I say. I've been through the "Swinging, inappropriate relationships, cheating, Divorce" route.
Now, that said, it ALWAYS takes 2 to tango and cheating is usually a symptom of a larger problem between 2 people. If you're having those problems in your relationship, you shouldn't be Swinging anyway! Either that or just end your relationship and stop hurting yourselves and those around you.
However, I think it's a pretty cheap shot to undercut what many of us consider to be the "values" of this lifestyle by advertising this site.
That's my opinion. But we make our stand pretty clear to those we play with! And it's pretty easy to spot the "unfaithfuls" once you know the tricks they use.

Swingers cars??? - What ya driving?? - ours are still a work in progress for the mrs. a 55 oldsmobile super 88 four door with the orignal 324 and 4 speed hydromatic and i have to have a truck so if thats how it is then for me a 56 gmc with a chevy dash small back window and a in line 6 with a McCulic supercharger hopfully both will be running by next spring and they will be daily drivers as for now a 91 acura integra it makes gas and handles like the tires are glued to the pavment
