swingtown - a new show on cbs - we liked it and record it on DVR. It all looks pretty much "period" for the times. My only thought is: I wonder how many people will watch that and think they can be swingers?

Swingers Dares - Text for cards in the game - Here is a twist you might like...when I was still living in Utah, a guy I know had the game JENGA that most of are familiar with. The fun part came in like this. He took the blocks and put numbers on about 1/2 of them (1,2,3,4....etc.). When the blocks were stacked for the start of the game, they made sure to stack them so that no one could see the numbers. Before the game started, everyone got a piece of paper with the numbers on it. Depending on the number of people playing, each person was assigned their share of the numbers. You would then write down a sexy or nasty dare or a sexy question, a different one for each number. All of the papers went into a pile and the game began.
As people pulled the blocks, if you got one with a number on it, someone would find that corresponding number on the papers and whoever pulled the block had to do whatever was written on the paper. The best part was that no one knew who wrote what dares. Gets pretty exciting.
Note: Ground rules that are appropriate for the group (if there are any) need to be laid out before people write down the dares so as to avoid any akward situations. The only one we came across was MM dares, but the FF ones were never a problem ;)
We now have our own set of blocks here in SD.

They only ask to restart a scene if they missed audio or need additional video (they are trying to tell a story, so it only makes sense that they do this)... The show represents the lifestyle in a sexy and accurate way. We've participated in the show two different seasons (on 5 episodes total) and will continue to do so as long as they let us. They do it with integrity and we are both incredibly proud to say that we are a part of such a great show. It's on Playboy TV, it's called SWING! Nothing like the drama filled, scripted, and utterly unrealistic show on A&E. We highly recommend checking it out! As for Utah being the whitest state.... that I would have to agree on. My 10 year old son met my sisters boyfriend a while back who is black and told him the he needed to use more soap because he didn't get the dirt all the way off. Thank god the guy was good about it but it comes from not many black people in this state.
And then to the comment about single males bring nothing to the table. I have heard that many times on these forums and it bothers me. A single male brings in a lot of different possibilities if you are open enough to the experience. If you are not open or have had probs with single males it does not mean that the single male cannot provide fun for another couple.
