Who started it? - Who/How/How long? - Before we were in the lifestyle, we went to Hedonism. Nothing happened, but it started an itch that I knew I had to scratch one day if I could convince my wife. Years later at a vanilla party with friends and being drunk, I inadvertently mentioned we went to Hedonism. Our best friends picked up on that and asked if we were swingers. To our astonishment, they told us that they were in the lifestyle and encouraged us to consider it. A few months later, the wife and I went to Sea Mountain in Palm Springs and I told her that I wanted to watch her have sex with another guy. Later that day, she introduced me to a guy and stated that he would be the guy she would have sex with. So, it happened and I loved it. I told my friend who then helped me set up a profile on a swingers website and shortly afterwards, we met another couple from it for our first couples experience. The rest is history. BTW, that initial profile has undergone 1000 revisions as our strict rules were eventually eliminated. Haha!

How did you meet your mate? - - Chrissy and I first "met" in a Yahoo chatroom that we were both members of. We were both with others at the time, but, that soon changed. We first actually met at a Meet & Greet in Scranton, PA in August 2004. She had her boyfriend, and I was there with someone, but, I was instantly attracted to her. I then hosted a Meet & Greet in Bensalem (Philadelphia), PA in October 2004. We had about 50 people attend, and Chrissy was there alone, and so was I. We went to a diner for breakfast after the M&G, and got chatty. After the party, we contacted one another daily thru IM, and that Thursday, we agreed to a date. I drove from Newark, NJ to Philadelphia to take her to a local bar, where there was Karaoke. She is an awesome singer! We stayed at the bar until closing, shared some intimate moments, and I took her home. I drove 70 miles back home, arriving at 4 a.m. I slept one hour, and went to work. After work that Friday, I again drove down to her in Philly, and brought her back to Easton, PA, where I lived, and we attended a M&G in Allentown that Saturday. We let the group know we were a couple, and the rest is history. We have been together since, and Chrissy moved in with me in January 2005. We now reside in Northeast Philadelphia since February, and marriage is on the horizon! We are no longer active in that chatroom, but, we still go to M&G's, although now they are thru sites like this! We are very happy together, and we love the swinging lifestyle. We were both swingers prior to getting together, and now, it is the most awesome enhancement to our already stimulating sex life! Which Motorcycle Survey? - In the market and want your opinion... - Oh, I have strong thoughts on this subject folks. And I am really doing my homework and shopping very thoroughly. I'm taking my time because I won't be buying until Feb/Mar at the earliest. And I've been watching the Can-Am develop over the past 3 years now. One of our nearby dealers carries them alongside Big Dog Choppers and Suzuki. Interesting line-up. It's not that what others think will make my decision or unduely influence it, but I am interested in reading others' opinions and thoughts to compare to my own. And I'm checking with a few different demographic groups. Let's face it: swingers tend to march to the beat of their own drum more than most folks! LOL I brought up the "cool factor" and image stuff in the context of what our own perceptions are of bike culture. I mentioned that we are cruiser types, not crotch-rocket people. I wear western style riding boots and a black leather jacket. But my jacket has armor inserts, all the modern upgrades, and even reflective piping on a traditional cruiser jacket frame. I wear a Bell military-style open face helmet and goggles. My wife rides a blacked out (Raven) 2011 Star Stryker. So we sort of blend the old w/the new a bit. I guess I'm hesitant about the style change. Thanks for the input and please keep it coming. You're helping me cogitate. LOL
